Amazing Location in Little Italy with Roof Deck

Our fully loaded one bed is centrally located in Boston's North End (Little Italy) on land that was previously American Patriot Paul Revere’s bell foundry. The unit features a spacious roof deck with views of Boston Harbor, the USS Constitution, and the USS Cassin Young. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to 50+ restaurants, TD Garden, the Freedom Trail, and the subway. It is also within walking distance to the Boston Common/Public Garden and many of Boston’s most I visited attractions.

This clean, comfortable, and centrally located one bedroom apartment is the perfect home base to explore and enjoy Boston. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, a peninsula with a built in wine fridge and seating for two, and cooking essentials, including dishware, pots and pans, utensils, and pantry basics.

The living area adjoins the kitchen and includes a futon, lift top coffee table, two chairs, and a "smart TV" with streaming services (Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc.).

In the bedroom, there is a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam topper, a large closet (with hangers, an iron and small ironing board, and suitcase rack), a dresser, and a full length mirror.

We supply shower essentials, towels, and a hair dryer.

Please note that there are 8 exterior stairs and two sets of interior stairs leading up to the apartment and that there is no elevator.

Our large roof deck has gorgeous views of Boston Harbor, Bunker Hill Monument, the USS Constitution, and the USS Cassin Young. It has two comfortable couches, a dining table, premium grill, and hot tub.

Within ten minutes walking distance, you will find several subway stops, a full-service grocery store, many smaller grocery stores, 50+ restaurants, the Freedom Trail, TD Garden, the Harbor Walk, Faneuil Hall, and Quincy Market. Also within walking distance, you can also explore the Boston Common/Public Garden, Bunker Hill, State House, Financial District, Theater District, Beacon Hill, Seaport, and a few breweries. Fenway Park, Back Bay, Harvard Square, and the Museum of Fine Arts are a short T ride away.

The apartment ln Little Italy was amazing. Great location to local restaurants and attractions. Chris and Samantha were amazing hosts and very helpful to my husband and me. They had a great book that was well done listing restaurants, attractions and how to work certain things in the apartment. This is an amazing property and would stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Chris and Samantha were so great to work with. They provided very detailed information not only about the apartment, but about the area as well which made the visit very stress free. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need for our time in Boston. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck with a view of the harbor to have our morning coffee and watch the city come to life. It was also a great retreat after a day of adventuring. This North End apartment is blocks away from parts of the Freedom Trail and close to the harbor walk. We were able to walk to Boston Commons to the start of the Freedom Trail with ease, as well as the Public Garden and Library. If you want to catch a ride share, there was little to no wait time. You are close to so many amazing restaurants, markets and bakeries. We especially loved Bova just a couple or blocks away and Monica's Mercato. If you are coming to Boston for a getaway, stay here to experience all Boston has to offer with the comforts of home!

Great location for sightseeing, lovely unit

Good sized unit, very nicely decorated and equipped, owners live downstairs and were very helpful with suggestions. Roof top deck with view of the harbor. Must use 2 flights of narrow stairs to the unit. 10 minute easy walk to North Church, Freedom Trail. Highly recommend!

Lovely place!

What a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the North end… Apartment was beautifully furnished, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Although it was unusually rainy and cool during our stay, we were able to use the amazing rooftop deck and hot-tub one night. Samantha and Chris were so kind and easy to communicate with. We so enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, great hosts, unique deck

Location is perfect in so many ways. Easy walking to so many of the top sites to visit. Before you even arrive the hosts have put together great information in a welcome packet. Instructions on how to use everything in the apartment and a plethora of places to dine or visit. The space is compact but well-equipped and the rooftop deck with comfy furniture, table with umbrella and hot tub was a treat. Looking out at the harbor is just so cool. You do have to navigate steep stairs to get in and out and the internet reception was a bit spotty at times but honestly, we’d stay there again (and again) in a heartbeat. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Quiet and Convenient

What a great place in the North End! Samantha and Chris were such gracious hosts and the place was super! It was spotless, quiet, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed. The roof deck and views were icing on the cake! I’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again.

What perfect little place

Wow, what a great place. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. The house is laid out perfectly - and for only one bedroom - this place is pretty spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and just such a great use of space. Great communication and easy to get in and out. We had a great time in the city being so close to everything the north end has to offer. We will be back!

Perfect spot for exploring all the north and has to offer. Immaculately kept VBRO with everything thing you need. Incredible deck with harbor views of old Ironsides and a hot tub. Easy check in and great communication prom the host. Great dinning and activity recommendations. These guys are pros! Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Great place in North End

This little place is a gem. Easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, bakeries, and historical sites in the North End. Loved the rooftop patio with harbor views. Close to north station for a day trip to Salem. Owners are very helpful and responsive.

Perfect in every way!

Best location to explore all of Boston. We walked everywhere and took the transit and Lyfts as well a few times. Small but super functional and relaxing space. Hot tub was a bonus and perfect weather to boot! Thank you!

Incredibly clean and convenient to the North End. Easy to walk to the waterfront the Old North Church and delicious Italian food. The hostess was super helpful with suggestions. We really appreciated the attention to detail in this property. Allmof the directions were very clear. We were offered both an earlier check in time and check out time. Outstanding!

In the midst of all that Boston has to offer, this place offers an amazing sanctuary. The hosts were wonderful to work with and great communicators. The food in Little Italy is outstanding with lots of wonderful options. The bike path that starts from right in front of the apartment takes you all over Boston. There is easy access to the harbor to get out on the water. And the apartment is right in the middle of so much history with the Old North Church right behind us. The relaxing evenings on the balcony were so wonderful after full days of adventure. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Of all the VRBO's our family has stayed in (about 4 per year for the past decade), this has been the very best. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you Samantha and Chris!

The place was very clean and in a perfect location. Many very great restaurants and stores within walking distance and the hosts couldn’t have been any easier to work with. Highly recommend this location for a trip to Boston!

Perfect stay in the north end

This was a perfect place for our stay in Boston. Very clean, very quiet, and the roof terrace was great. We enjoyed dipping in the hot tub during the evenings. The host provided very detailed instructions and check in was a breeze. Great location near all the attractions and the train station. I forgot some clothes and the owner went so far as to mail them to me. Above and beyond! I would stay here again without hesitation. Everything about it was perfect.

A real gem!

We were there for graduation. This place was great for walking most places - historic sites, restaurants etc. a wonderful place to be! Great hosts. Very receptive and communication was excellent.
