Pleasant village house in the heart of Baden

Boasting an enclosed garden and located right in the centre of Baden, near the church and bakery, this house will delight holidaymakers with its comfortable, functional layout. Inside and out, everyone will find their own little corner of paradise for a relaxing family holiday. It's the ideal place for a quiet, rejuvenating stay, where everyone can enjoy their leisure time in complete tranquillity.



You'll quickly feel at home in this comfortably furnished house, located in the town centre, close to the church and shops. Welcoming and pleasant to live in, it can accommodate 5 people (maximum 7).

The ground floor comprises a living room (which includes the dining room and TV lounge) and a separate kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry room (1 shower + 1 washbasin + 1 WC) provide a comfortable sleeping area.

Outside, you'll enjoy the calm and relaxing courtyard, ideal for family meals and late summer evenings around the barbecue.

Baden is located in the heart of the Golfe du Morbihan, ranked in the highly selective club of the most beautiful bays in the world. This beautiful house will be the perfect base from which to enjoy the festivities of the Semaine du Golfe 2025, from 26 May to 1 June 2025.

1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed + 1 sleeping area (not enclosed) with a single bed and TV.

It is possible to park a vehicle in this courtyard.

The house is in the centre of the village, next to the bakery and the church. The nearest beaches are 3 km away (Plage des Sept-îles, Plage de Locmiquel, Base nautique and plage de Toulindac), the Baden golf course is 2.5 km away. Pier for Ile-aux-Moines 3 km away.

Numerous opportunities for walking or cycling (signposted paths and cycle tracks) in the Gulf of Morbihan.The beaches of Carnac Bay are a 20-minute drive away.

The Gulf of Morbihan and nearby Quiberon Bay offer breathtaking panoramas that will delight keen walkers, beach lovers and sea and nature enthusiasts. The region is rich in megalithic sites. A discovery not to be missed.
