Between Avignon (15 km) and Carpentras (21 km), this lovely villa is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood in Sorgues. Close to shops but in a quiet location, you will love its aesthetic appeal, its comfortable amenities and its location in the centre of a region waiting to be discovered, where nothing is left out when it comes to enjoying the Provençal atmosphere around renowned places such as the Luberon, the Alpilles, the Camargue and the Gard, or enjoying the many festivals in the surrounding area, the most important of which is the Avignon Festival in July.

INSIDE
You access this single-storey villa by an entrance hall, which has a well-equipped kitchen running off it on the right, and on the left the dining room adjoins the lounge. The latter has two sofas and a flat-screen television with foreign channels. At the far end of the corridor on the right you enter the master bedroom with double bed and its reading area and television. There is also a bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and television, and a separate WC.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a wooded 1,000 m2 plot. A large part of the garden is the lawn, and bamboo fences ensure a great level of privacy is maintained from the neighbours. Two shaded terraces allow you to read or enjoy an aperitif. One is next to the swimming pool and serves as an eating area, while the other is on the lounge side and is furnished with a comfortable outdoor furniture. A recently tiled, beautiful swimming pool provides you with wonderful relaxation opportunities.

A lovely villa with a charming garden to relax in and a very welcoming swimming pool area, ideally located to visit the region and discover the beautiful Châteauneuf-du-Pape cellars, just 7 km away.
