Welcome to the Susquehanna River House!

Enjoy your morning coffee and ground yourself at this beautiful waterfront property. Watch the sunrise and sunset in this idyllic setting.

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Open concept living space. Dishwasher, washer & dryer, large deck with barbecue grill and lower deck with fire pit. Public boat ramp is available just a few yards away. You can bring your jet skis or low draft boats for fishing or enjoying the sun. The river has a large variety of fish from pike, small mouth bass, walleye, and many more.

The house had everything we needed for a week’s stay! We loved the sauna in the middle of winter and kids loved throwing stones in the river. It was peaceful and private.

Another great stay here (this was our 2nd time). The place is conveniently located to our family in Conklin and close to I81 for trips elsewhere. It was nice and peaceful by the river and we enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. The place was just as advertised, clean, and well-appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

when we arrived at the house we were so happy and impressed. The house is clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. best stocked kitchen of any vrbo house we have stayed at. we had a very relaxing time.

Good sized rooms and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Host provided water cooler for use due to the property having well water. Washer and dryer on site. Living area is roomy and has good sized couch. The six of us fit comfortably. Host answered messages promptly. Only negatives were coffee table was too small and dishwasher didn’t clean well. But overall nice home and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Michelle!

We loved this house! It was super clean and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen with any & every appliance you could need. Plenty of blankets, linens & towels. It was steps from the river which was very peaceful! The neighbors were super quiet. The outdoors had multiple cozy seating areas. It was a perfect distance from town if necessities were needed. We hope to be back very soon!

We are return guests; spent 4 nights in July in this wonderful and tranquil property. This is a modern, clean, and fully stocked vacation home. Games, water activities, relaxing on the porch reading a book or sunbathing. We appreciate the improvements such as sitting area by bonfire, bathtub by the sauna which we used to cool off on hot day. We will definitely be returning again.

Easter Weekend

Had a wonderful trip to visit my daughter at college - for Easter weekend… the house is lovely and the property is exceptionally conducive to outdoor activity … Very peaceful and relaxing overlooking the river… Spent much time outside on the deck, enjoying the spectacular view. Plenty of seating inside and out. House is stocked with whatever you need for cooking, plenty of linens, towels and toiletries ! the location is close to stores, restaurants, etc. - went to the Farmers Market on Saturday and then enjoyed a spectacular dinner In downtown Binghamton at 205 Dry - highly recommend! Everyone had a great weekend - we will be back!

Great rental...

This property was as described/pictured. The check-in and out were easy, and the home was clean and welcoming. We did not get to spend much time at the home, enjoying the decks & river as our visit to the area was filled with other activities but they are clearly amentities that should be enjoyed.

Perfect get away

The property is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 dogs. The sunsets are beautiful off the Susquehanna. Dogs used the boat ramp to swim. Privacy and idyllic. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and eating outside on the deck. There is no formal table seating, but enough stools on the big island if you need to eat indoors. All in all, a lovely, relaxing, easy 3 days.

Amazing and relaxing stay!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kirkwood, NY. The home was incredibly relaxing and fully stocked with everything we needed— from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of linens and bathroom essentials. The best part? The river was literally our backyard! We loved using the kayaks and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The back porch was another favorite spot, especially with its lovely dining tables perfect for outdoor meals. The house is conveniently close to Binghamton, with supermarkets, restaurants, and great hiking trails nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Nice place

House itself is beautiful, first impression is stunning. Remote and not a lot of neighbors. Not sure if this is normal, but the inside of the house was filled with flies. Like, an absurd amount. Spent much of the first day just trying to kill them. Somewhat successful but they were still around on day 4. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and kitchen is absolutely lovely despite the flies. Outside offers many amenities. Decks and chairs on multiple levels to enjoy the views. Beautiful at sunset. Unfortunately, the amount of goose poop kind of kept us from spending a lot of time outdoors. It was literally everywhere. There's also a big drop-off from the property to the river. I took my somewhat-elderly father and son hoping they would be able to fish right off the property, but they weren't able to get down there. Would probably be a piece of cake for most folks, though. Overall, very nice house despite a few issues. I would probably return.

Beautiful cabin on private road on the river. Amazing views of the river. I can see this cabin being sooo much fun in the summer so we might have to come back. We had a relaxing time by the riverside fire looking at the fall foliage!!!
