FALE TAHI - Les Petites rives de la Motte

Ideally located in the heart of Romantic Brittany, halfway between Rennes and Saint-Malo, and close to Dinan, Les Petites rives de la Motte is the perfect starting point to discover this beautiful region. Just 10 minutes from Dinan, 20 minutes from Rennes and Saint-Malo, and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, you will have quick access to many local attractions: the Bourbansais Zoo (3 min), Cobac Parc (10 min), and the Grand Aquarium (20 min).
The 100 m² FALE TAHI house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 adults, a child and a baby. It is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
A spacious living room of 40 m² with fitted kitchen and TV lounge area,
Bedroom 1 : equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm),
A bathroom,
A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2 : one double bed (160 cm) and one single bed (90 cm),
Bedroom 3 : a double bed (160 cm) and a cabin bed for children,
Bedroom 4 : a single bed (90 cm),
A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
In addition : a travel cot is available on request.
Small clarification : The beds will be made upon your arrival! Just remember to bring your own towels.
This peaceful accommodation offers an ideal setting for a relaxing family stay. It is adjoining on one side with the Fale Tolu gîte. The 30 m² terrace opens onto a 500 m² garden.
You can enjoy the outdoors at your leisure: take a nap on the deckchairs in the shade of the weeping willow or on the terrace, while your children have fun on the playground, equipped with a climbing wall, a swing and a slide. Organize a barbecue or a picnic by the pond, where you can even try to tease the fish (always no-kill, of course!).
It is possible to rent 2 other cottages on the same property, Fale Lua (for 6 people) and Fale Tolu (for 6 people).
