The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Outside :
- Shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April to October
- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The town center and market are a 5-minute walk from the property.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (one space).

- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
