This renovated character house combines old charm, neat decoration and modern comfort for an authentic and refined stay.

Peaceful location, two separate living spaces ideal for families and/or friends, swimming pool and suspended terrace, modern and fully equipped kitchens.

By pushing the gate of the place, you will have access to the garden with swimming pool as well as a corner with table, sheltered under the terrace.

Taking the main staircase, you will find the suspended terrace as well as the front door of the house. This opens onto the living room-kitchen.

In the living room, you can access the "cozy nest" of a bedroom under the roof, thanks to the wrought iron ladder. It has its own bathroom, a dressing room, as well as a 160x200 bed.

To the right of the entrance, an L-shaped corridor and its few steps (5) guide you to the master bedroom (160x200 bed) with large dressing room, to the guest bedroom (160x200 bed) with dressing room, to the separate toilet, as well as to the large main bathroom (shower).

Back in the courtyard, under the terrace, where you can access a bedroom (composed of a 140x190 bed) with its totally independent entrance, a toilet and separate shower with a small and very cosy sofa.

At your disposal within the accommodation: Air conditioning and/or fan for non-equipped rooms, heated towels, shower towels, bed sheets, hair dryers, full-height mirrors, as well as a plancha for convivial moments.

The house is equipped with solar panels to reduce the carbon footprint, and we encourage you to save energy, as well as to eco gestures for water

Parking is on the street at the foot of the house.
