¡Córdoba en su mejor momento!

SEAVIEW CONDO es un amplio y luminoso apartamento de 1 dormitorio.  Está completamente amueblado y equipado para una vida muy cómoda.   Está en el primer piso de nuestro edificio; Vivimos arriba en el segundo piso. Estamos ubicados en Council Ave. a solo media cuadra del puerto ya media cuadra de First St., el área principal de la ciudad. 

Seaview tiene una entrada privada desde su propia terraza. La cubierta y toda la unidad tienen una vista increíble del puerto, Orca Bay y las islas circundantes.   La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo y todos los elementos esenciales para cocinar. Para estadías más cortas, ofrecemos una selección de productos para el desayuno continental que se utilizarán a su conveniencia. 

El dormitorio tiene un colchón Sealy de tamaño queen y hay una cama de día (2 individuales) en la sala de estar.   El baño privado es espacioso y tiene una bañera con ducha. Hay internet inalámbrico, TV por cable, DVD y VCR.

Excellent location

Place was clean and very well stocked when I arrived. Excellent spot right in town. Osa was there to greet me and had a lot of insight on the area to share. Definitely booking for next trip there.

Salmon Jam in Cordova

Our stay was perfect! Do some research about how to get there:) we timed the Whittier Ferry right and had amazing sailing days both out and back. Small town was alive with festival energy making our stay very enjoyable. Hosts went out of their way to make sure we had stayed dry on our adventures around the area. Town was quiet on Sunday-great day to use the many trails that are well maintained in the area.

This was a very comfortable place to stay and Osa was so welcoming. You can walk to anything in Cordova and we loved it.

All we needed and more

We visited Cordova to go birding. Despite two days of rain and wind, the birding went fine although we were a bit early/birds were late. Osa does a great job with the little sea view apartment. She was immediately available by phone even though she was out of town. We were on a tight schedule and it was so great of her to stock the fridge with basics for our breakfast the next morning! It saved us so much time getting started early on birding.She also told us to use the raingear in the closet and that was also wonderful. We had brought our own but hers was studier and a bit more windproof. Forty degrees, raining and blowing is not warm. We were able to walk to dinner (Reluctant Fisherman, good but expensive and noisy)and the Baja Cafe, charming and casual. It was nice having a rental space next to the building when it was raining-also you didn't have to park on a hill (our rental car had some issues).

Great location and view!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seaview. The condo sits in a nice location to everything in Cordova. We are so happy we chose this place for our stay. Osa made sure we were quite comfortable and gave us a good intro of places to go in town. The kitchen is well-appointed even though we chose to eat most of our meals out and about ( we were on a mini-vacay). Highly recommend this very clean and cozy condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaview Condos. I would definitely stay there again as it is perfectly located to make everything in Cordova within easy walking distance. All necessary household items provided, pleasant owner/operator on site if any questions, etc. There is noise from the street when cars/trucks pass but typically there isn't a lot of traffic in Cordova, and we did hear some boisterous noise from passersby every night about 12:30am, I wonder if one of the 2 bars in town closes at that time? But all in all a very pleasant stay.

Great place to stay!

I came to Cordova in January for work. So wonderful to have a very clean, warm place with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The grocery store was around the corner. Good wi-fi access. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable, convenient... relaxing and great space!

The SeaView Condo is my place of choice to stay in Cordova -- and has been since 2001! Osa is so knowledgeable about the town and can guide newcomers to great spots in the area for just about anything you would want to do. If she doesn't know, she'll direct you to someone who does. The Condo is conveniently located to pretty much everything downtown, all within walking distance. The layout is good for at least two people, and the main area is nice for entertaining a few folks at the kitchen bar. If you want to stay in rather than go out to eat, the kitchen is well-furnished to cook -- which is great for longer term stays for work or with family. The property is well-maintained and the amenities have been regularly updated over the years. I highly recommend the SeaView Condo and it will always be my first choice when I travel to Cordova!

Cool Cordova Casa!

It was clean, comfortable, and the hostess was gracious. She also left us some yummy english muffins. It is locate in the heart of Cordova and has quick access to all things,plus a good parking spot.

Loved it!

We felt like we had the best place in town with the best location! With the town being small we could easily walk to restaurants, grocery stores, expresso, harbors and The Cordova Center within a few minutes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for us and could easily add an additional person comfortably. I loved sitting on the daybed looking out at our view. As fellow Alaskans we loved Cordova, our friendly host and locals we met everyday. Looking forward to our next visit.

Happy to be Home!

Seaview Condo is a nice spot that is centrally located in the heart of Cordova. There are of course other places to stay in town but all we saw were more expensive and many were much further from town...requiring a rental car...The unit was furnished well and we wanted for nothing while we stayed here. We were a party of 4 (parents and kids)...+ our Small Munsterlander "River". It monsoon-ed while we were visiting so it was nice to have a large place for us all hide out from the weather without getting on each others nerves too bad... As the weather was rather wet, I can only imagine that our wet dog left that "wet dog" smell in the condo....Sorry OSA! Hopefully we didn't mess the place up too much. Thanks for your hospitality, we hope to return.

wonderful choice in Cordova

Three people stayed for a week for a combination field work and vacation trip, and this apartment was terrific. Clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness) and also very spacious. Great location with a view of the harbor--the main event in Cordova--and close to everything, including a grocery store. Beds comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped; host Osa, who was friendly and helpful at every turn, even left us some eggs and other goodies in the fridge. This was very welcome as Cordova has few restaurants. The Reluctant Fisherman is good though rather pricey; stick to the milkshakes at Baja Taco. Cordova itself is a working commercial fisherman's town, with few tourists. If you want to get off the beaten track and enjoy Alaska's natural beauty, it's a wonderful spot. Nearby hiking is great. We would definitely stay in the apartment again and hope to do so.

Very nice 1 bd apartment with all amenities included

We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. The apartment is centrally located with a grocery store only a block away. This was great for us as we visited over xmas/new years and most restaurants were closed for the winter season. The views of the harbor are very nice and the kitchen was well equipped with kitchen tools and basic cooking supplies. Eggs & butter along with some juice & flavored water were available for us in the fridge. The bathroom is spacious - also a plus! The owners were away for the holidays but their employee's in the pet store next door were friendly and incredibly helpful when we had questions.

We have lived in Cordova for over 30 years, our primary occupation is Commercial fishing for Copper River Salmon. We bought our building in 1988, started remodeling and opened Seaview Condo for guests beginning in 1996. Between the view, the location and the comfort of the unit - many guests declare it 'Perfect'.

Cordova is a working town nestled in the ultimate variety of Alaskan scenery - Orca Bay, Eyak Lake, Mountains, Rivers, Glaciers and the Copper River Delta combine to make it an incredible place to live. We enjoy sharing its many opportunities for adventure with others.

The downtown location offers easy walks to most local businesses and restaurants. The private entrance and deck give our guests easy access to their lodging and a great spot for watching the active boat harbor.
