It features a 75 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 3,000 m² garden. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimum comfort.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A private, unheated 4×8-meter swimming pool, accessible from June to the end of September and equipped with an alarm. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful 3,000 m² garden
- A terrace with furniture and an 80 m² lounge.

The house is ideally located in Pougnadoresse, in a pleasant, peaceful setting. You'll find a bakery and butcher's shop 5 km away, as well as a restaurant, supermarket and pharmacy 8 km away.
