Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming studio for rent, ideally located in the heart of Montluçon's historic pedestrian center, in a building dating back to the 16th century. Air-conditioned and measuring 40 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 36 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The studio comprises
- A 36 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) and quality bedding for optimum comfort.

The studio is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
