This cottage for 6 to 8 people is located in a former silkworm farm converted into two very bright apartments fully equipped (sofa, relaxation area, full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, vacuum cleaner, ...).
These cottages are part of a large independent property near the picturesque village of Chamborigaud (Gard).
It is thus 100 m², 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 equipped kitchen, outbuildings for storage and large outdoor spaces that will be at your disposal.

The house is located in the heart of a 6 hectare property made up of meadows adjoining the river "Le Luech" (swimming, beach, rocks, loons, water holes, trout fishing, ...), a wooded park and wooded areas.

The accommodation has a large independent shaded terrace with barbecue and a summer kitchen for one of the cottages.

Paradise for hikers, river swimmers, fishermen, mountain bikers or cycle tourists or simply for those looking for a relaxing week in an idyllic setting between mountains, river and forests.

Each cottage has on the first level a living room separated by a bar from an equipped kitchen. A toilet is also present on this level.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed (mattresses renewed in 2020) and a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink).
On the top level (converted attic), 4 single beds in 90 cm and play area ideal for children.

A 30 m² room shared between the two accommodations allows the storage of sports accessories, bicycles, balls, fishing rods, shoes, backpacks, petanque balls, rackets, ...

Large spaces are available for ball games, badminton, petanque, kite, ...

The house is one kilometer from the village of Chamborigaud (altitude 300 m, 30 km north of Alès) with all the necessary shops and services (train station, doctors, ...).
Possibility to get there safely on foot, by bike or by car.

Pets are allowed after agreement with the owner.
The cottage is non-smoking.

On request, it is possible to provide a cot and its accessories free of charge.
On request, it is possible to rent sheets and provide housekeeping.
