Our home is the perfect escape for vacation, business travel, attending a local event, or even for medical visits. We are located close to the key areas:

THE HOME

The two-story layout makes this home especially versatile. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, making the home comfortable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms, giving larger groups plenty of space and privacy.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Main-floor primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed, TV and private space
• Main-floor den with sofa bed and TV
• Upstairs bedroom with a king bed and TV
• Upstairs bedroom with a king bed and TV
• Upstairs bedroom with two full-size beds, each with a twin trundle and TV

The home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests when all sleeping spaces are utilized.

For families traveling with little ones, there is a Pack ’n Play upstairs and a small crib in the downstairs primary bedroom.

Every bedroom includes its own TV, and the home is fully equipped with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable vacation—from a well-stocked kitchen to linens, towels and everyday household necessities.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard is where you’ll really get to enjoy the Arizona lifestyle!

Take a dip in the private pool, with pool heating available during the cooler winter months, then relax poolside on the loungers or settle into the comfortable outdoor couch while watching your favorite show on the wall-mounted TV.

When it’s time for some friendly competition, challenge your group to a round of mini golf or enjoy the other lawn games available in the backyard.

As the evening cools down, gather around the oversized gas fire pit with plenty of seating. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, tell stories about the day or simply take in a beautiful Arizona evening.

There’s also a patio dining table for enjoying meals outdoors and making the most of Scottsdale’s incredible weather.

In addition to the backyard, we have a small 6.5' pool table & dartboard in the garage for more family fun. Keep in mind that the garage is not air conditioned and using during the summer months in peak heat is not recommended.

PARKING
We allow guest use of the garage. There is room for two small vehicles in the two-car portion of the garage. The driveway can accommodate an additional three cars.

You’ll love the convenience of this North Scottsdale location. Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are just a few miles away, putting you close to excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife.

Golfers will find countless courses throughout the area, while families and groups can easily explore Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. And for those escaping cold winter weather, this home is an ideal home base for enjoying everything Arizona has to offer—from sunny pool days to beautiful desert evenings.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

Our home has fabulous space and is fully equipped for guest comfort. We recommend heating the pool during your stay if you are visiting between October 1 thru end of May because the evenings cool the water considerably. Heating the pool is $45 per day and doesn't need to be decided until a few days prior to your arrival.

**Pool heat Disclaimer: Please be aware when the temperatures in the winter months fall under the low-50's, we cannot guarantee the pool heat is able to be retained at the set temperature of 85º, especially during the cooler hours.

Please note that access to the mailbox is not available. Please do not have anything sent to the mailbox.

We have smart TVs throughout the home for guest to log into personal streaming services for viewing.

Please review all house rules carefully prior to booking. Misuse of amenities or equipment could result in fees or repair reimbursement.

Our home offers several amenities to create a comfortable and memorable stay. Regular maintenance is scheduled for the home, and we provide items listed in the home photos for all guests to enjoy. Regrettably, instances can develop when an item may malfunction, break, or require immediate servicing. We make every effort to limit situations where an item would be unavailable during a guest stay, however, should this be unavoidable this action would not constitute a reason for a partial or full refund or monetary compensation. Examples of amenities, items or features include (but not limited to): video games, board games, table style games, small kitchen appliances, portable cribs/pack n’play, outdoor games, pool toys, and additional like items.
