Ideally located between Hyères and Bormes-les-Mimosas, this property offers a breathtaking view of the Valcros hills and the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle, it guarantees peace and security while remaining close to the most beautiful sites in the region.

Outdoor space: Enjoy two beautiful terraces with a breathtaking sea view. Relax on the sun loungers, share outdoor meals at the dining table, and make the most of the electric barbecue for friendly grill nights.

A double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, opening directly onto the terrace.
A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm).
A functional bathroom and separate toilets complete this space, along with a washing machine for added convenience.
