Spacious Home w/ Wine, Yard & Parking! Great Location!

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish home! Located in a friendly residential neighborhood, it’s perfect for a couple, family, or small group! As you walk in, the 1st floor is filled with cheery colors to greet your party. The living room is comfortable and cozy. The dinning room is great for group dinners. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils used to cook a great homemade meal (or to reheat one that’s been made for you at any of dozens of restaurants close by).

Our newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms for your comfort; each can sleep 2. The first two bedrooms have queen sized beds with closets and hangers (one bedroom with children’s books- perfect for your little ones, and the other has a desk and direct WiFi router access if you need to work from home). The third bedroom is the master and has a King bed and dresser with large screen smart tv (simple step by step instructions in the home manual if are worried the TV may be smarter than you :)

For larger parties, the living room has a comfy queen pull out that can sleep 2 and a 60” smart/firetv. This way the family can watch different TV programs at once with multiple TVs in the house. There are board games, and even children’s games and books to keep the imagination growing).

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and includes a complimentary coffee/tea/ wine bar!

Our historic home is uniquely located in a safe, friendly neighborhood only a short drive (17 minutes) to downtown Baltimore and an even shorter drive to Towson University (less than 10 mins). See full list of attractions distances in our listings guidebook below.

There is free street parking on the entire street the house is located on as well as all surrounding streets.

The front and back yard have great patio areas for relaxing and hanging out. The backyard is fenced in for privacy and convenience. Please note that during the winter we take up the backyard furniture as to preserve it from the elements. But in the spring and summer you will be in a private oasis . As the home is part of a duplex, and our neighbor doesn't have a shed, there are some yard tools and item laying around in their back yard that you can see from the patio (just so you are aware) :)

We’re just a few blocks away from Belvedere Square Market and the Senator Movie Theater. A comfortable house with plenty of space for family and friends to hang out. There are over 20 restaurants within 5-10 mins of the house- check our our guidebook for some of my favorite spots in the city!) Stores, grocery stores, bars, and live music is all close by. Every Friday during the summer there is live music at the market.

Guests will have access to anything in the house except for one maid closet. WiFi, clean linens, showers gel, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing detergent, and beverages (coffee, wine, water) are included.
