Our 3 Bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is perfect for families. We know you will fall in love with the spacious rooms and the beautiful grounds. Don't forget about the 4 pools and the hot tub on the property . It is a 24 hour guard gated community that feels like home. Newly furnished property that is family friendly and super close to the parks. Our family condo is perfect for up to 8 people . Hope you enjoy it has much has we do!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable perfect for our short Christmas getaway. Will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful Disney Vacation

We had a great family vacation here. The townhouse was very clean and spacious. The kids loved their room and it was perfect for our group of 6. The owner responded very quickly and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice gated community

We choose this property because of the amenities it provided. We played pickleball every day and enjoyed the large heated pool. We also made many new acquaintances while spending the month here. If you are interested in a staying a week and eating out most of the time, then this is the perfect place for you.

First Florida vacation

It was absolutely perfect for our family. Close enough but also far enough away from Disney. We were a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 kids and we all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! Lots of shopping and restaurants around.

Lovely condo

We had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend. Had everything we needed. We didn’t use the upstairs but if you have kids - nice bedrooms upstairs for them. Safe and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we were looking for

We had day trips planned, but we did use their pool facilities twice and enjoyed that experience. Traffic was heavy certain times of the day and had difficulty turning left at the gates. The owners responded immediately when I had a question. For our needs, it was perfect for the price.

Florida Magic

This was a fantastic rental. Very clean and spacious. It felt so homey with the decorations and little extras you forget to think of. It was about a 20 min drive to Disney but never felt long. The community is so nice and quiet. Wish we had had more time to enjoy everything there was to do.

A home away from home!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Excellent location about 20 minutes away from Disney and universal. Local to supermarkets and shops. Communication from Rischa was fantastic, with clear check in instructions and she checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Security were fab and we felt very safe on the resort. A guide book was provided about the local area and instructions for WiFi and parking which was very simple. Towels were also provided which meant we were able to bring more merchandise home with us! The only thing missing was an iron but we brought one and used it when we were there. Overall we had an amazing trip and wouldn't hesitate to book with Rischa again. Thank you so much

Spring Break 2022

This is one of the best VRBO properties I have used! The condo was impeccable. The location was perfect for our Orlando and beach travels. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Rischa was very kind and responsive. The pools and grounds were beautiful. This was perfect for our vacation!

The owners of this residence were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all of my messages!! The place is so spacious and beautiful!!! Perfect for a family!!! It was my daughter's very first trip, as she is 1 year old and as soon as she saw the Minnie & Mickey Mouse stuffed animals she felt like she was at home- so that was a nice touch!!! The pool area is JAW DROPPING!!! I loved how everything over looked the lake... literally everything was perfect!!! When we visit our family in Florida, I guarantee we will be staying here every single time!!!!

Great Experience

Hello- we had a great time here. Andy and Rischa were amazing to work with and extremely communicative. However the security can be a lot. We almost always had to meet our deliveries or Uber drivers outside of the gates which was inconvenient. Other than the security guards it was amazing. Perfect for our family.

Great property!

We loved this property! It was close to the airport and close to Disney! Quiet neighborhood and easy access to many restaurants and stores! The amenities were amazing! Pool was great- not crowded and easy to get to. The owners were prepared for our arrival, very responsive with questions and checked in to make sure we had what we needed!! Thank you so much for helping us make our Florida trip MAGICAL! ❤️

Comfortable , Clean & Neat at great location

As I got the home I felt fresh and clean smell as soon open the door , house is confortable is bigger than appear , everything is brand new and well cared for . For my needs as a family kitchen is very basic and limited works just for a quick meals .. Condo is safe , has nice pool and playground.. Location is great has everything near .. Walmart just 5 min away , Disney 25 min , Orlando IDrive 30 min .. Onwers are very responsive also !! We just have a perfect experience, thanks a lot ..
