Probably the best house in the area. 180 degrees seaview.
Three floors, 2 large terasses. 3 bedrooms for 8 persons max ( children included), have altogether 5 beds detailed like follows - 2 king size double beds, one single bed, bunk bed for 2 single persons and a child's extendable bed to be added in one of the main bedrooms if necessary and 1 full bathroom on 1st floor, 1 toilet on the second and showers and 1 toilet and bathroom on terasse of the 3rd
Possibility to take sunbathe on the top floor, refresh yourself in the shower on the same level.
Dining space on the 3rd can accommodate up to 10 people.
Coal barbecue on the 3rd.
Chimney in the dining room.
TV set in the main sitting room.
SONOS music system for those who have the Iphone/Ipad application.
Air condition. Back up aircondition in case of failure of the main system.
Dishwasher.
Washing machine, the instructions shall be delivered by the house manager.
Nespresso coffe maker- PLEASE BRING YOUR CAPSULES, they are not on sale in Montenegro.

It is still a spectacular country, still wild. People say it is like Italy 50 years ago. Endless olive groves, clean sea, long 13 km beach. Fresh fish and meat relatively low prices.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Isolated area in a cul de sac little street. Even in a high season no crowds in our small village. It is 1200 m away from town of Ulcinj.
One million dollar view, especially from the top terrace.
