Lovely private home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Burnsville. Your family will enjoy all the amenities this home offers, newly renovated basement, fenced in back yard and much more. Please inquire for more information! Each bedroom has a smart tv and black out curtains for a restful sleep.

Upon renting this property you and your party assume all liability and property damage or loss. We as he owners assume no responsibility for you or your guests. By booking you agree to these terms.


Cameras:
We do have 3 cameras on site for your safety and ours. 1 located in the front of the house overlooking the drive way and 2 in the back of the house overlooking the pool and side of the home. These cameras are activity recording at all times for everyones safety. Please reach out to us if you need further information regarding this.

Here are the house rules for your reference:

1. Neighborhood- there is a noise ordinance from the hours of 10 pm- 7 am in Burnsville. Please be respectful of this quiet time in our community.

2. Make sure to turn off lights and electronics when not in use or when you leave the house.

3. Please remove your shoes in the home at all times.

4. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the house/garage. You can smoke outside on the deck. Please discard your cigarette butts

5. Pets are allowed upon approval and there will be a non-refundable pet fee.( please clean up after your pets) Please message me for details.

6. Parties OF ANY KIND will not be tolerated. Police will be called and you will leave the property with no refund.

7. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to checkout
(pods provided under the sink)

8. Please put all dirty and wet towels in the washing machine(start washing machine)

9. Extra Guests are not allowed at the home with out writing approval! Extra guests WILL BE subject to a $50 per guest fee and asked to leave the property. ( if your planning extra guests please reach out for approval)

10. We ask that you please return the home as you found it.

11. If any of the house rules are not followed it can result in removal from the property with no refund

We stayed here with 3 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was also super convenient — just a short, easy drive to the Mall of America. We also found a fantastic restaurant only six minutes away, Porter Creek Hardwood Grill, which we highly recommend. Overall, a great stay for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience!

Bonnie, the hostess, was wonderful. Quick responses and very accommodating. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. Comfortable beds, and furnishings. Nice lake just down the road to walk to. Close to restaurants, and short drive to Minneapolis.

First class accommodations. Exactly as pictured. Pool and hot tub super clean and nice. Stayed in alot of pool homes this one is great. House super clean and comfy. Hosts are really great. Easy check in. Easy to reach. Friendly and helpful as well. 2 min drive to the grocery store and gas station. Nicest neighborhood around. Quiet and safe. Wish we didnt have to check out. Thanks !!!

Great stay - convenient location

The house was just as described and featured in the listing! The place was clean and well stocked. We were minutes from all the places in the south suburbs that we needed to be. The hosts were great with communication and helped us quickly when we realized we left a prized baby blankie at the house after we checked out. Would stay again!

Christmas Family Reunion

Nice house with all the amenities! Hot tub in the winter was a big hit! We rented this house as a central location to stay at during our Christmas get together. It has a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything!

Perfect house, location and host!

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this residence! Hot tub was relaxing, beds were comfortable, communication and flexibility with host was excellent! Property is conveniently located close to tons of shopping and eating options. We will be back!

Great place. Clean. Pool was great. Water was crystal clear. Hosts very communicative. Had plans downtown and it was easy to just jump on the highway.

Great place for family

I had family come into town for a big reunion, and this house was a nice home base for them. The place lived up to the pictures (which has not always been my experience), so we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, great location. My brothers loved the huge tv downstairs, and my sister-in-law especially loved the pool on this hot July weekend. Thank you!

Hosts and Home are Amazing

The house was beyond comfortable and clean and pictures do not do the pool and hot tub justice. TV's in every room and Bonnie isn't just a host. When you call her, she is so good at hosting that you feel like you are talking to a friend. Extremely quick to answer the littlest question and more than what we needed while we were there. It was a fantastic visit. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood spot with a hot tub!

Two of us stayed here with our dog and the top floor was spacious enough that we didn't even use the basement. The house was well supplied, and the hot tub was in great condition (not always our experience with house rentals). We really enjoyed the neighborhood as well - very walk friendly with good sidewalks, but also within a mile of shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again when the pool is open.

Spring Break Stay

This was the perfect place for my family of four and our close friends who are also a family of four! Together, we have 4 boys ages 7-9 and they loved having the lower level to hang out, playing games, watch tv, & create memories together. We all really enjoyed the hot tub, it was nice a spacious! Location was great. We spent one of our days at Mall of America, which was easy to get to and about 15 minutes away. It snowed during our stay, which the boys enjoyed playing in the snow in the backyard. We also found a great indoor park 15 minutes away called Edinborough Park for our boys to run around and get some of their extra energy out. The hosts were great! Very communicative, they took care of the snow on the driveway, and made sure everything was ready for us. They had beach towels for the hot tub (so we didn’t have to bring our own), they had a selection of kcups for our morning coffee, comfortable beds, and fun games. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we would definitely stay here.

Couldn’t be happier

Honestly, everything about this stay was perfect. The home was exceedingly clean and very well stocked. The hot tub was amazing, the fireplace added to our cozy stay, and having 2 living spaces provided so much space for our group. The host was responsive to our questions and even left us a special treat for the holiday. While we visited in the winter, the yard and pool appear spacious and would be ideal for a family. I’d give this home six stars if I could!

Girls weekend

We booked here for our girls shopping weekend and it was great. We were a short easy drive to the Twin Cities Premium Outlet center and an even easier drive to Burnsville shopping center and the area stores. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long day of shopping. Hosts were very easy to contact and very responsive and helpful. Would definitely use them again!
