Kapalua Bay Villa 29G4 is a newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa that can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably with privacy as well as panoramic views. The private lanai is the perfect spot to wind down with a beverage and take in those surreal Maui sunsets. Dine al fresco with rolling waves as your backdrop. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area with Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the villa. Central AC and ceiling fans throughout will help keep things cool after a day in the sun. The beautifully updated kitchen features new cabinets, gorgeous white countertops, and new appliances. It's the perfect space to cook all your meals if you don't want to eat out... But if you do, we recommend The Sea House and Merriman's which are a 10-15 minute walk away!

The serene and tranquil bedroom features a King size bed and its own flat screen TV. The bathroom is beautifully updated as well featuring two single sinks and a very large and luxurious walk in shower with masterful tiling. Additional guests can enjoy the Queen size pullout sleeper sofa.

Stairs

The condo was lovely & the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The fact that there was no mention of the 21 stairs to get to the condo was/is an obstacle when you arrive with several heavy cases. I think it would be helpful to mention this to prepare guests. If there is another way into the property that can be used that would be even better. Thank you.

Condo was wonderful! We arrived to a very clean home with an amazing view! The gift basket and card was such a nice treat, thank you. The landscaping crew was always hard at work and very friendly. We left a few extra supplies for the next guests such as extra toilet paper, small baggies and several reusable grocery bags. It was wonderful, thank you so much!

Wonderful Five Star condo

This is a wonderful condo with a fabulous ocean view! It was nice being on the ground floor with a large grassy area directly off the patio, which would be great if you had kids and they want to run around. The condo had a tropical feel with nice furniture and paintings. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having a starter set of coffee, dishwasher soap, etc. It was also nice to have a double vanity in the bathroom. My only suggestion would be to have a clothes line in the back of the very large shower to hang up wet beach towels. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with others!

Kapalua Bay Villa

I had such a wonderful stay in Kapalua. The villa was immaculate and the views from the cliff were incredibly beautiful. LOVED the shower!!! The community was quiet and peaceful. There are three different beaches within walking distance; all of them great snorkeling locations. Ironwoods beach is less populated if that's what you're looking for! I saw lots of fish and sea turtles. Neat volcanic rocks right outside of the condo and a short walk through beautiful greenery to Honolua Bay. Lots of yummy restaurants near by. All around it was an amazing stay! FIVE STARS!!

Great place to stay

The unit is updated, clean, and beautiful. We've stayed in other units at the opposite end of the complex before, but being so close to the ocean and having a shorter walk to Kapalua beach made a big difference. The sofa bed was quite comfortable, with no complaints from the adult who slept there all week. The unit came with supplies -- dishwasher pods, K-cups, trash bags, washing machine pods, and so forth -- which meant not having to buy much in the way of supplies to get through the week. We booked this unit over others in part because it had a more generous cancelation policy than those listed by other property management services, which happily we didn't need to use, but it did give us peace of mind when planning our trip during uncertain times. We would stay here again and in fact probably will, since Kapalua is our favorite part of the island -- beautiful, peaceful, and the best snorkeling to be found.

Kapalua Bay Villa 29G4

Enjoyed our stay at #29G4. The Unit was in a great location, was well appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful stay. We appreciated the welcome gift left for us as well. The only issue we had was that we were provided with a wrong GATE code, resulting in us not being able to get through the gate. We had to sit in our car for a while, waiting for another car to come along for us to piggy back in behind them. I left a voice message and sent an email to MPS after hours and did not get an immediate response. I had to call the morning after and was told that you were short-staffed and thus the delay in responding. The new code provided only had 4 digits while the code you emailed in error had 6 digits. This oversight was an inconvenience which could have been avoided.

Amazing place!

We loved our stay at the Bay Villas and particularly unit 29G4. The condo was remodeled and up to date and just beautiful! The entire area is gorgeous with plenty to see and do right within walking distance. Will definitely be back!

What a Merry Christmas is was…

Absolutely the best Christmas I ever had away from home. My stay at this condo was perfect. The communication from the management was spot on and the accommodations were first class. The location was perfect as well, right in the middle of everything you would want, but still so private and quite on the patio watching the waves come in. Can't wait to spend more time at this condo in the future!

Stunning views, prime location!

Words don't do it true justice, but this place is an absolute unit; the complete package of serene views and ideal location. The condo itself is spacious for a 1 bedroom. As you walk up to the front door you're met with a breathtaking view through the front window of waves crashing on the lava rocks. Believe it or not, it gets better as the inside is freshly remodeled and it appears that they did not hold back. Travertine floors, solid wood maple cabinetry, a giant shower, stone countertops, and comfortable furniture. The walking and hiking trails nearby can accommodate various skill levels and if you surf, dive, or snorkel then you're in for a real treat. I will definitely be coming back to to Kapalua Bay Villas 29G4. I found more photos on their IG page @kapaluabayvillas29g4.

Spectacular Views, Great Condo!

Beautifully renovated condo with spectacular views. Really large for a one-bedroom. We really enjoyed having meals and drinks out on the lanai watching the waves and spotting whales. Having a Keurig coffee maker was a pleasant surprise. The ocean front pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views after a day of snorkeling. The free Kapalua Shuttle which picked us up right at our door was super handy to get to the Honolua Store and the other restaurants in Kapalua. My Perfect Stays was easy to deal with, and when we wanted extra linens, they had them delivered the day we called. Definitely will stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

I've been to Maui several times but none have more enjoyable than this one. Your condo in Kapalua Bay is outstanding and offers everything one may want on a tropical vacation. The view, amenities and the proximity to countless restaurants, hiking trails, golf and beaches is amazing. To wake up every morning and witness the extraordinary view from either inside or outside the condo is Spectacular. The condo inside has been completely upgraded with perfection and provides everything one could want. To sum it all up, it's been said many times…. "It's not the destination but the journey " but… I'll have to object to that and reverse the old saying. This destination is unforgettably amazing and would be extremely hard to beat!!! Many Many Thanks!!!

Nice place in less crowded setting

Great place for a family of 4 if you have young children than can sleep on a pull out couch. Very nice kitchen setup with coffee/spices/ some essentials. We really liked not having to eat out all the time. Great view of the ocean and nice shade after noon. Constant breezes make sitting outside non stop fun. 2 min walk to Oneloa beach (our favorite) and maybe 5 to Kapulua bay (good snorkeling!). As stated in the title not anywhere as crowded as most of the rest of the island. Many times there were 10 -20 people on oneloa. Was great to stay there at sunset and not sweat parking

Fabulous stay

Great location, fabulous views and spotlessly clean. The pull out sofa was extremely comfortable. Beach chairs were provided which we used every day for short walk to beaches. Unit was well stocked and complex was quiet. We hope to go back next year!

Beautiful Unit in Kapalua

Great experience! Beautiful unit. The view from the unit to the ocean shore and horizon is mesmerizing… The management company needs to be more communicative and remember to include all of the codes including the parking code for the Villas.
