The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 450 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Ravières, on the banks of the Burgundy canal, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. It features an attractive 52 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs, and a 3,500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 52 m² living room with fireplace, armchairs and dining area
- New, fully-equipped kitchen, including: 2 fridges, freezer, oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, hob, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, Bialetti Italian coffee maker, teapot...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 comfortable double sofa-bed and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 5: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and open shower and WC
- A large shower room (with shower)
- Separate WC
Third floor:
Bedroom 6: Dormitory with 5 single beds and air-conditioning
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, cot, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers, ironing board and iron.

- Swimming pool (private, unheated), 10m×5m, open from mid-April to mid-October (opening dates non-contractual, subject to weather conditions)
- A 19th-century sheltered barbecue near the kitchen overlooking the pool and surrounding area, with a large teak table seating 14.
- A beautiful 3,500 m² garden enclosed by Burgundy stone walls, private and planted with trees. View of the Burgundy canal and its pleasure boats.
- A 50 m² terrace along the main garden facade, facing the pool and canal.
The house is ideally located in Ravières, in a very pleasant canal-side setting with a breathtaking view of nature as far as the eye can see. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
On the property: swimming, table tennis, pétanque, soccer, lounging, etc.
Sports: walks or bike rides along the canal (bikes available for hire). Tennis in the neighboring village, water-skiing and swimming at Lac de Pont (30 mn).
Attractions: many nearby places of interest. Renaissance castles less than 15 minutes away: Ancy-le-Franc, Nuits, Tanlay, Meaulnes. Fontenay Abbey (World Heritage site), Alesia, Dijon with its museums and opera house, Tonnerre and Auxerre, the medieval village of Noyers, etc.
Winegrowing: wineries in Chablis, Irancy and the nearby Tonnerrois region! And beyond Dijon, the fantastic route des Grands Vins from Dijon to Beaune.
Transports :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property (up to 4 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nuits-sous-Ravières for TER trains (2 km away).
- Montbard station approx. 21 km away: TGV trains, Paris 1 hour away.
- Nearest airport: Paris Orly approx. 183 km away.

- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
