Tear down the resort's slopes during the skiing season, then explore a range of activities during summer, from paragliding and ballooning to kayaking and rafting. You are also just a quick drive from Aspen and all it offers! Or leave the car at home and take the free buses that run every 15 minutes between Snowmass Village and Aspen, just a short walk from your door. Either way, you are in the perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer!

After exciting days on the slopes, return to your homey getaway and prepare a meal for everyone. This upscale cooking space features marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven combo, microwave, and dishwasher. While the chef whips up lunch, sit and chat at the breakfast bar. The kitchen overlooks the main living area, with hardwood floors and a stone gas fireplace. In the mood for a movie night? There's a 46' TV, soundbar, and Blu-ray player. Make popcorn, then sprawl out on the sectional or matching armchairs.

Nearby, glass doors open out to a deck with great views towards the ski area, and there's also a gas grill and small table with chairs – a scenic spot for enjoying morning coffee.

Perfect pad for Snowmass vacation!

Amazing location, very convenient to slopes and easy to get around. Responsive host though getting in touch was tricky as the number listed for our front desk kept going to voicemail. Convenient to public transportation. Spotless and very cute, perfect for our small group!

New Years Skiing Trip

The property was as advertised. Well maintained, great water pressure in shower. Only downside was no hot tub or pool or workout room. Would do a return trip but the loft isn’t very usable if you need that sleeping capacity

Nice property for family

Everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of snowmass, very close and convenient to store. Shuttle to village stopped right out front so easy access to village. Could use new cooking pans (everythong stuck to them) and dish towels. Also ran out of paper towels a backup roll would be good.

Clean, roomy condo. Super quiet. Walk to store, eat, and drink. Beutiful golf coarse, road ride and mtn. Bike. 1st time using third party keyless entry company. Will try and not use in future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small but comfortable condo, and about a 10 minute shuttle ride from the main village. Kitchen. Was recently redone and is nice, and the living room was comfortable. The beds are a bit older and not quite up to snuff with most hotel beds, but they were not terrible. Overall, this is a solid place to stay and the pictures accurately capture what you can expect. While we did not rent a car, I would strongly advise against it as parking is really difficult and the street out front is very narrow. We were delayed an hour when a shuttle bus and car side-swiped each other and got stuck; there just isn’t room for cars to pass in the narrow little street into the condo complex.

Not exactly as described

Property was not exactly as described. First off when we booked it, it was supposed to be ski and ski out and we were supposed to have access to the laundry and the hot tub facilities. Three weeks before we arrive we were informed we would not be able to use the hot tub or laundry due to renovations and it was too late to try to make a change to another property. After numerous calls we were offered a very small compensation for this inconvenience. Also it was not ski in ski out it was about a 10 minute walk to the lift. the coffee maker was broke when we arrived and the TV would not work properly. We did get in contact with the manager to help us the next day to get everything fixed but it was still just a little bit of an inconvenience. Both humidifiers did not work properly and one was full of mold. Other than that the property was as advertised but when you're paying for those details, it would be nice to get them. The unit did have a washer and dryer that was locked up and it would be nice to be able to use this since the community facility was under construction.

Nice property, glitchy property management

The property location description is a bit confusing. We arrived in the dark and it took awhile to understand the building numbering, as there was no lighting. The key code given to us was wrong, and it took awhile standing out in the cold, trying to get a hold of a person to reset the lock and new code. The Parking Pass was missing from the unit. The microwave buzzed continuously and was hot, so we unplugged it to be safe. Once settled, we found the property to be beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near a very nice supermarket. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

This is a wonderful apartment conveniently located a short shuttle drive from the slopes. It is a convenient ski-in, with a little pushing or walking involved, and for ski-out we used the village shuttle that stops every 15 minutes right at the front door. It has a nice view from its third floor balcony and windows. The apartment was overall clean except for the dishes that nobody had checked before our arrival. I did bring it up with the agency and I hope they will address it. Apart for that everything else was clean and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

The master bedroom bed sheets smelled as if someone had slept in the bed- body smells. There was a condom wrapper on the floor. The heat vent in the second bathroom had an inch of dust on it.

Property was clean and inviting. Loft is ideal for children. Difficult to ski in, since there are inclines on the ski path. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Assay lift. Bus stop is at the common stairs.

It is a nice, clean, comfortable, well equipped & convenient property and very close to a quad chair linking you to the main gondola. There is also a bus stop at your door. On the negative side the heater was hard to regulate (we like it below 70F overnight to enable a good sleep) there was no secure place to store your skies and the flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge with your luggage however the view made the inconvenience worthwhile.

Snowmass condo with a small family

We enjoyed the kitchen the most with its size, access to a fully stocked set of kitchen ware, a nice fridge and huge counter top. The beds were clean and comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the updated shower in the second guest room. The master bath was not usable after the first shower, because it was backed up and left standing water in the tub for 20minutes afterward. It was a safe space for our 12 month old to move around in, except for the fireplace, outlets, and cords that we had to block off and the food scraps and debris left under furniture that she tried to pick up and eat. It was unclear where we could “ski-in” until the last day when we saw a skier come down on a tiny trail that met the street a few buildings down from the condo. Communication with the property management was timely and frequent, but some of the info was a little confusing (the WiFi network given to us was incorrect and there were no specific instructions on how to lock the door using the keypad). We really appreciated being offered a late check-out!!

Great Place

Great place to stay, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the two twin beds on the top level are not the most ideal since you cannot stand in that room.

Nice place - broken thermostat

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was conveniently located, neat and spacious. The only issue was that the place was >85 degrees when we got there. The thermostat dial looked like it was taken off the wall with just wires hanging out. We called TurnKey to report the issue and they immediately reach out to a local contractor to fix the problem. Through repeated phone calls (6 in total!) with various contractors and TurnKey, we were told the problem would be fixed "right away." The problem was not fixed for our entire stay and we had to keep the doors and windows open in the middle of winter just to be comfortable in the place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm not sure if the property information describes the fact that this condo is located on the fourth floor with no elevator. It may have been my fault that I did not read the details closer. Schlepping skis and suitcases up what seems like a set of never ending stairs was breathtaking and I dont mean the mountainous scenic view kind of breathtaking. Aside from that the property met all of our needs, was maintained well and we had no other complaints. It is a very short bus ride to the chair lift and village. You will want to grocery shop before you get to Snowmass. There seemed to be a good selection near El Jabel/Basalt. We saw a large herd of Elk and many beautiful homes and views. The area does not disappoint! The management company was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Electronic door entry made "check in" smooth as we could drive directly to the property without picking up keys.

It is close to a store (within walking distance and close to restaurants and the condo is in a very quiet location. Communication with the management was very timely and they gave us a late check out which was very nice. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave. If we return to Snowmass we will definitely rent here again!

Wonderful condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. We were very happy with everything especially the patio doors and all windows which could be opened to let in the lovely mountain air. The area is quiet although you are close to everything including a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful mountain views on both sides the condo. Highly recommend this condo and hope to be back to stay there again!
