This two-story, cottage-style home boasts contemporary furnishings and plenty of space to unwind in two living rooms and dining areas. It’s just a 5-minute drive to Long Pond and Echo Lake. Local eateries and shops are right outside your door.

LIVING AREAS

The living room is furnished with a comfy couch and two armchairs. Kick back and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

In the basement, a second living room is outfitted with two love seats and two armchairs. The 60” TV is equipped with Apple TV and a surround sound system.

KITCHEN & DINING

You’ll feel right at home in a well-equipped kitchen adorned with charming farmhouse fixtures. As dinner simmers on the stove, enjoy a crisp drink at the kitchen bar with seating for two.

Serve home-cooked meals at the six-person dining table. There’s a second dining table with seating for eight in the basement.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, featuring a king bed, an armchair, and deck access. Adjacent, a bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath in the basement provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out onto the deck to take in vistas of the lush pine trees.

Below, the patio is equipped with a grill.

THE LOCATION

Your retreat is in a prime location for outdoor adventures. The Long Pond Trailhead and Echo Lake Beach are both just a 6-minute drive and offer swimming, hiking, and kayaking. Seawall Acadia National Park (with trail access) is an 8-minute drive away. And the Sargent Mountain Trailhead in scenic Acadia National Park is a 15-minute drive.

This home is just steps away from the eateries, shops, and pubs in Southwest Harbor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
