Your 2BR/2BA Los Pinos condo features nearly 1,000 square feet of living space, a private balcony, and easy access to a shared hot tub and the Snowflake chairlift. Unwind by the fireplace after fixing a delicious meal in the modern kitchen. The heated year-round pool is minutes away.

LIVING AREAS

An inviting mountain-lodge atmosphere makes it easy to unwind into vacation mode in the living room. High ceilings soar above a leather queen-size sleeper sectional and a gas fireplace. Settle in to watch your favorite shows on the 48” flat-screen TV after a day on the slopes.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped open kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The French-door fridge has room for all your groceries, and rich wood cabinetry is stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you may need.

Three can keep the chef company at the granite breakfast bar, and a sunny window seat is a prime spot to browse recipes. When it's time to eat, gather around a handsome wood table for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests in two lower-level bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have 32” flat-screen TVs.

Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, furnished with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite master bathroom features a gleaming tub/shower combination.

The guest room is furnished with a natural log queen bed, and the guest bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Your covered balcony has a glass-top table for three. Start the morning with woodland views and fresh coffee, then wind down in the evening with a family cookout.

The shared, all-season hot tub is right next to the condo, and the heated year-round pool is a half-mile away at the Upper Village (450 Village Road). The pool area also features several hot tubs.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway).

This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

In warmer months, the picturesque Burro Trailhead is just over 1 mile away. Or visit the unforgettable Breckenridge Alpine Garden in 0.6 miles, then head to the Breckenridge Brewery & Pub for a locally made ale and tasty eats.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the balcony with table and chairs, the trees, the hot tub, and the kitchen. The only thing that could have been improved is that, even though you could only enter the condo by using a code, there was no deadbolt on the front door and the door from the garage into the house didn't latch. (But the only way to open the garage door was from inside so it wasn't really an issue for us and we felt safe.) Other than that, it couldn't have been better; it looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Breckenridge!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Everything was so nice and clean. It was exactly as pictured. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. It had a stackable washer and dryer in the condo which was very nice. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The hot-tub was right outside the front door. Everything was just very convenient. Would definitely come back here to stay!

Great location!

The condo was within walking distance of two different lifts so you could go to different parts of the mountain to snowboard. Place was spacious and clean. Would recommend.

Missing kitchen basics like a safely usable chef knife and fry pan, some dirty spots like a big black stain on the shower curtain, and a very uncomfortable main bed, but a couple thousand dollars of investment by the owner would make this place 5-star

Very nice property! Clean. Great location. Only problem was that we could not find the pool. It is listed as "hot/tub/pool". The hot tub was next to our unit. The pool was no where to be found. We contacted the owner who said it was "off site", but no directions were given. We finally went to the resort next door asking if we were supposed to use their pool. We were not. They, then gave us directions to the pool. As previous VRBO owners we feel that this is VERY misleading and the description needs to be changed.

Clean and great location

Walking distance to many restaurants and ski area. Property was clean. Kitchen is very small and stocked with very basic essentials tools. Grill on deck is tiny but works good. Property needs some tlc and updates. King mattress is just ok. Management company was very quick to respond to internet issue. That being said we would stay again.

Condo is well equipped and is very conveniently located.

Great location short walk to snowflake lift, not a bad walk to downtown stores and restaurants. Condo is well equipped with all needed for a comfortable week long stay, heated garage floor was nice for drying ski clothes after a day on the slopes.

Holiday ski trip

We stayed in C14- For the price point (that will ultimately double the list price with fees and taxes) my experience with have a softer touch, I’ve Springed Back and will look for lodging closer to the strip, and make my way to and from the ski base. Location - the unit has convenient access to the hot tub, and the trash building across the drive. We were not able to locate the “Pool”? The unit had all the kitchen necessities, and media was easy to access/ use. Furniture could use an update, and the mattress was the Pain Point with the stay.

Wonderful Condo in Peaceful Location

The deck and vaulted ceilings are the main features that make this a really comfortable place to stay. Also the complete separation of living and sleeping areas (on two separate floors) is great for folks that have different sleeping patterns. Only gripe is that the Internet was very spotty and out for extended periods of time during our stay.

Great place, but the Vacasa management property is very poor

My friend and I stayed at this location a few weeks ago (Feb. 11-15). Due to an incoming snowstorm, I called the property management company, Vacasa, to see if we could check out one day early so I could get my friend to the airport before the snowstorm. The woman on the phone said that was completely fine, double-checked with the owner, and I received confirmation directly from the owner that we could check out one day early. Also, I received confirmation from the Vacasa rep that we would not be charged for the last day and would be receiving a refund for one day (which would be the 15th). I have text documentation from the owner that I could check out one day early, too. I'm still waiting for my one day refund and it's been over a month... The property itself is amazing and the location is perfect (5 min walk to the lift!) but the management company is making it very difficult for me to want to ever book here again.

Solid Choice for skiing

Three of us stayed at this property for 5 nights. It's cozy, the heated garage is great to keep your ski equipment, and the hot tub is very close. The kitchen is functional, full sized washer/dryer is key, and the beds are comfortable. It's not quite ski in/out, more of a 5 minute walk to Base 9 or 5 minute walk and pole/ski to Snowflake- very doable unless you've got small kids. You'll either need a car or will rely on the bus to get to town in the winter. I would recommend this place.

Last minute change.

We ended up with this home 2 hours before we were to check in to another place and were very skeptical. It was perfect for our family of 3. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Great view out the windows and would highly recommend to anyone with a family of 3-4.

Very Roomy and Clean

We stayed for 5 days and were very pleased with the property location, cleanliness and size. The only negative would be regarding the temperature it was just always too hot. I rent the property again.
