A furnished terrace with a table, sun loungers, a hammock, and breathtaking views of the ocean. A large, lush garden perfect for relaxation. A Quechua tent can be added to accommodate young children. This eco-friendly bungalow, built independently on the "Caye Paradis" property, has its own entrance and is located 100m from the main villa, with no overlooking properties or neighbors within 150m. A fully equipped kitchen includes induction hobs, a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave. A toaster and filter coffee maker are also included. Blender. A path leads directly to a pebble beach located in a calm bay, protected by a coral reef. You can enjoy snorkeling, swimming in the turquoise waters of the "white sandbars," or even kitesurfing for the more experienced. THE OWNERS Passionate about nature, we have created a botanical garden with many varieties of exotic plants (bromeliads, agaves, aloes, adeniums...). We ensure your comfort while respecting your peace and quiet. The bungalow, separate from the villa, guarantees complete privacy.
