Book with confidence, this stunning, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1022 sq. ft) condo that has been completely remodeled from top to bottom with modern finishes, where even the lanai sliding doors were replaced. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This condo did not disappoint! This is our 3rd stay at the Palms, and this unit is our favorite. Fully stocked kitchen, everything was very clean and organized, and the host provided great amenities. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We will certainly select this unit again when we return to Maui!

Beautiful peaceful quiet

The condo is so spacious and comfortable, decorated to my taste on the interior. Our favorite part is the BBQ on the patio and close to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Great condo in Wailea

Nicely remodeled condo. The complex pool and hot tub were nice and relatively uncrowded. Walking distance to beach. Easy access to Wailea and Kihei. Enough room for two adults and two young children.

Great condo!

This was a beautiful condo with a great lanai! The view was lovely and perfect for a slow morning, enjoying a cup of tea. The location is great! Beach was about a 10 minute drive away, and anything you need for the beach is at the condo. I would definitely stay again!

Quick trip for a wedding

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautifully appointed Condo. The highlights included comfortable beds, inviting lanai, easy walk to the pool as you stroll through the beautiful scenery of the property as well as the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, stores, and activities.

PMI Maui

Overall a good experience. A few items that are worth mentioning:Wi-fi login info was hard to find, it was on the router behind the TV and tough to read. Light switches and TV remotes need to be labeled. Location should have been made clear. We expected to stay much closer to the pool and ended up driving over every time we went. The hill is rough for seniors or anyone with children, especially if you’re carrying a lot of pool gear.

Most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in

This was truly the most beautiful vrbo that my boyfriend and I have ever been in. The home was cleaned to perfection, and the location was perfect for going to the beach, grabbing coffee in the morning and getting a bite to eat. There are a group of food trucks about a mile and a half away ( happy belly, Thai me up, wing kings, a coffee spot, açaí spot) all next to each other, and we both agreed that with some of the best food that we had during our stay. Also, just down the street from the shops at Wailea and monkey pod which we ate at twice! Matt was such a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. He was very easy to correspond with, and replied immediately to any questions! We will absolutely be staying here every year now every time we come to Maui. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week, we look forward to coming again!

Beautiful condo in a lovely quiet complex

This property is beautiful, clean, quiet, very comfortable, and pretty well organized. My only concern was related to a repair that was found to be necessary in the guest bathroom…while they left me a note to advise someone would have to drop by the next day to repair, there was NO specific communication about what time etc. As such, the next morning I was in the shower, and I heard two male voices…I admit I panicked momentarily, being a woman travelling on my own I felt incredibly vulnerable to be naked in the shower with two unannounced men in the condo. A phone call to arrange a time, a knock on the door followed by waiting for me to answer rather than just walking in (perhaps they did knock, but I didn’t hear it), or if you do walk in then have the sense to leave if you hear the shower!! Overall, very good experience and I would consider staying there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as pictured. Clean, extremely quiet, A/C in main living area and bedroom. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen. The property is walking distance to the beach but there is also a parking lot at the bottom of association that is directly across from the beach access trail. I would recommend the owners placing a map of the property/association showing the location of the pool and nearby surrounding beach access points and roads. Short distance from several upscale hotels and shopping. The front desk is only available for help with checkin of other units and they will not book anything for you or help you with ideas for activities. They will refer you to a booking company. My only recommendation is that the owner place a tall chest of drawers next to murphy bed in the event that there are more than 2 people staying in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never booked a condo before, and were a little nervous. We needed extra room to travel with our toddler, who still requires naps and downtime. We knew would spend a lot of time in the room, but didn't want to have to worry about being quiet the whole time while she was asleep. This rental has changed our opinion completely and may only book condos in the future!Beautiful and well appointed, new furnishings and appliances. Great AC system! The condo is well equipped with kitchen appliances, beach equipment and everything you could possibly need. We even appreciated the thought that went into ensuring the showers were tall enough so we weren't ducking to wash our hair. Rooms are spacious, with a sizable primary room and bathroom. There is a Murphy bed in the living room, but we didn't use it. Beautiful lanai with a outdoor table, rocking chairs and reclining chairs, which we enjoyed daily. You can see the ocean when sitting in the two rocking chairs, and you can hear it at night if you open your windows. Because the unit was a ground floor and we have our toddler who can climb out of the pack and play, we didn't leave the main sliding doors open, but would have loved to hear it at night. Additional bonus, parking and garbage are located close to the unit, and the unit is a corner unit on a very quiet side of the property. Couldn't hear the pool at all, which was very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of privacy, but still only minutes away from fine dining, Kihei and beautiful beaches. If we're being nit picky (only so people don't think "what's the catch?"), the shower pressure could have been a little stronger and the coffee machine is a little weak. I just brewed (2) 6oz pods, instead of a 12oz cup. But this is really just personal preference and doesn't take away from the unit at all.We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit. Matt and PMI was great to work with, and responsive. Couldn't have asked
