Beautiful home with comfortable features. Lake view and patio were amazing. Be sure to bring all towels, any spices and oils, plus paper products with you as few are provided. Disappointed garage was not available to store our e-bikes (which is still listed as a special highlight for the house and was confirmed to be available before we arrived).

Great location, cabin is nice but the property management of it has you dealing with a business and not a property owner. No towels, but available for rent for 8, no soap, shampoo etc and a ridiculous check out time of 8AM. For 600 per night, you should expect more.

Thank you for your review, Hiller Vacation Homes manages the property and is a small local business located just a few minutes away from the home in St. Germain. We are always available to our guests for any issues that arise so the owners can rent the home to you without stress to themselves. We do make sure that all of our guests are sent the information for what will and will not be provided and we call the day before arrival asking if our guests have all the information they may need for the stay. We also take check-in and check-out requests that can almost always be accommodated by housekeeping. We are sorry this stay did not meet your expectations and hope to give you a better impression in the future.

This place was so close to being a really nice rental and we were very dissapointed based on other reviews. The bed sheets were especially "motel" style cheap. It felt like a hunting cabin. The place was "clean" in that all of the visible walkways were clean but under the couch and bed were absolutley caked with about an inch of dust. The kitchen cabinets were caked with grease and dust which was not really noticeable until the sun came streaming in all of the beautiful windows. We were especially taken aback that there were no towels provided and check out was incredibly early (8 am). Lastly, So happy the place was pet friendly but it was clear that whoever that was here last didn't clean up after their dog with obvious dog piles next to the house/firepit area.

Fishing Trip

Great location. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds were great and comfortable. Internet connection was hit and miss depending on the time of day.

Family weekend

The view is amazing! We saw Loon every morning on the calm water. Juvenile Bald Eagles in the trees resting. Size of the cabin was perfect. SO CLEAN. Easy to book and the office was quick and easy to communicate with.

Absolutely breathtaking.. My 76-year-old father hasn't been on vacation in over 25 years.. Both of us fell in love with this place. And Truly enjoyed and appreciated our time together.. Fanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property..

Wonderful week of rest and re-charge

My husband and I really enjoyed our week in the cabin. Beautiful view of the lake. Very comfortable seating in the living room area. Well equipped kitchen, with plenty of room for two people. Lots of channels to choose from on the television. Beautiful fireplace and outdoor deck with grill. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin on the lake. Bummed the game room was not available for nighttime fun, but overall great experience. Washer and dryer are in the basement (crawl space type), which is only accessible from outside. Clean and had bare essentials (bring what you need for kitchen and towels). Prompt customer service leasing up to stay. Would recommend!

What a great cabin!

Our family enjoyed this cabin so much! My husband and I, along with our 3 adult daughters, were very comfortable here. It was clean and very cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake. I would definitely stay here again. The only tiny issue we had was finding and getting to the laundry, for which you need to go outside and down a set of steps through bilco doors. We went in snowy March so we had to find and clean the snow off the doors, but it wasn't an issue once we found it.

Lovely & Restful

My husband and I along with our small dog thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bear's Paw. Communication with and information from the host company was great, upon arrival cabin was clean and we loved the view of the lake. Bed was comfortable and had to be the most extensively equipped kitchen we have ever seen at a VRBO property - only thing missing was a pair of scissors. Only other negative was having to bring our own bath towels, still as long-time VRBO users this was one of the best spots we have stayed in. Definite thumbs up!

Wonderful, peaceful weekend

This three night stay was just what we needed. The cabin was well laid out with an open concept. Comfortable seating in the livingroom and enclosed porch area. There were lots of windows, from which you could see the lake. A gas grill and outside firepit were an added bonus. We did some fishing from the pier and I enjoyed reading outside on the bench which was situated on the steps leading down to the lake. We asked about checking out a little later on Monday and the staff was able to accomodate us with that request. Over all it was a very enjoyable 4 day weekend. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

Great north woods experience stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the ice on step going into house. We had a member in our group fall and hurt his back and ribs. Overall would come back every year! Great place.
