The fenced-in backyard includes a 12' x 20' private swimming pool. Seasonal pool heat available for an added fee. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles, so bring the whole family. House was immaculate and as described. Nice location, close to the beach, it also had everything you could think of in the kitchen. Only issue we had was our check-in code wouldn’t work, but that was fixed after a phone call.

The rooms were large. The pool area was a nice size .Loved the outside table on covered back porch . House was exactly how pictured on site.The deck & pool furniture could be updated ( there was No furniture on upper deck off of bedroom) .The cleaning company could have done a much better job . My husband & I arrived a day ahead of everyone & had to sweep & purchase a wet mop to clean the floors .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location on a beautiful white sand beach! I was worried the road would be too busy to cross from the second row to the beach with little ones but it was not AND almost everyone stopped for the crosswalk. The house had plenty of dishes, two crock pots, two coffee pots and more than enough utensils and cooking gear. What was missing was a handheld lemon/lime press and a Keurig. A second refrigerator would have been helpful to keep drinks cool and for extra freezer space. The bunks (4) share a Jack & Jill bathroom with one of the rooms with a queen bed. Perfect or young families.The house was clean, the pool was warm (no heat needed in July) and the little ocean town was perfect for a low-key family beach vacation. Not much within walking distance BUT everything along the main roads. Highly recommend this property for an extended family.

Disappointed

We were contacted to come a day early which we paid a little extra to do and when we requested to have early check-in, we were told no, because a representative had to verify the unit was cleaned and ready for our arrival, which we thought was great. Upon our arrival though, there were lots of roaches and palmetto bugs dead throughout the home and in plain site and none of the floors had been cleaned. The heat didn’t work for the first 2 nights and down stairs was 58 degrees and wouldn’t go above 60 degrees. When the hvac people came to fix it, they set the temperature to 78 degrees so the remaining portion of the trip we were hot and left without control over the thermostat. When we requested accountability management simply stated we signed an agreement acknowledging that sometimes issues arise that are out of their control. While management was very responsive, we spent 5 days calling about issues at the home (pest and issues with the HVAC system) not exactly how anyone would want to spend Christmas…

A little bit of heaven...

We love the beach, but the rental process was always cumbersome and paper heavy. The property management of this house was great! From the rental to checkout they know how to do it. Easy, simplified and made the entire vacay less stressful. The house was as described and amenities were plentiful, was nice arriving and not having to make the beds 👍, which I have to say the owners ensured a restful nights sleep as the mattresses on all the beds were super comfy and after chasing 2 year old twins around all day we needed a great night's sleep. We all enjoyed a great week, lots of sun, sand, ocean and pool time!! We will be back...
