Superb one bedroom flat with a terrace on the ground floor in a very good location between the Champs Elysées, Place Iéna and the Trocadero. A chic, lively and secure residential area surrounded by numerous shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. This tastefully decorated flat will make you experience a very pleasant trip to the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright and very well equipped, my flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway for two.
The Space:
Flat of 67m2 on the ground floor which includes :
- Living room, sofas, 1 table with chairs, a bar, Tv, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bathroom and 1 toilet
- 1 beautiful terrace with table and chairs
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
Guest Access:
Travellers have access to the entire flat.
The Neighborhood:
This flat is located in the golden triangle of Paris, between the Trocadéro and the Champs Elysées. You'll be just a short walk from many shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. You can stroll along the luxurious Avenue Montaigne and enjoy a beautiful Bateau Mouche ride on the Seine. The Yves Saint Laurent museum and the fashion museum are also just a few metres from the flat. It's also very easy to get to Paris's cultural highlights, such as Les Invalides, the Grand Palais and Place de la Concorde, in just 20 to 25 minutes on foot. Don't hesitate to opt for a bicycle at one of the self-service stations
