Cozy, pet friendly tiny home with one bedroom and loft (loft has two full beds) located in beautiful Bay View RV Resort with tranquil freshwater lakes, two swimming pools, hot tub, clubhouse and kids playground. Laundry facilities available nearby. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.

It was wonderful we stayed for 8 days and only had one issue which was a flickering light and it was handle very fast. i have zero complaints will be staying again. Thank you for your wonderfuel service and beautiful tiny home.

Ah-Mazing

My family and I stayed here for a week. It was love at first sight. My children loved the loft. Hubby and I had own own privacy bedroom. It was perfect for our family of 5 plus our 4 legged son (dog). I enjoyed the scenery of the pond while sitting on the front porch drinking our coffee. Loved the community amenities including the family pool and inside game room. The host and the housekeeper were amazing at responding quickly to any questions I had. Minutes away from downtown Fulton which I highly recommend visiting and minutes from the Big Tree and Fulton Mansion which I also recommend. What an awesome family vacation we experienced. I loved the fact that HEB and Walmart were within minutes away to do our grocery shopping to cook each night. Bella La Brew is your go to place for a nice coffee beverage in Fulton. Thank you for hosting our 2025 Verpooten Summer Vacation.

Perfect for us

This rental was perfect for us. We had a great time. The neighbors were awesome, the community was quiet and fun. We couldn't be more pleased with our accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Cute cottage

The cottage was clean and cute. The host was friendly and immediately available. Even her family helped out when the tv connection was lost, and when prepping for possible hurricane landfall during my stay. I would love to stay here again.

Birthday weekend

We came down to celebrate my sister's birthday. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we enjoyed our stay. When we couldn't get out on the water, we enjoyed the covered front porch. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Girls get away

It was a girls trip for my 13-year-old and my niece who is 16 so it was just three of us so the house was perfect. The pool was perfect. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Will be staying here again.

Wonderful visit

This was a lovely place to stay. Convenient to fishing and beaches. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. The nights on the porch were awrsome! Highly recommend! We were there 10 days and didn't want to leave!

Great little retreat

The cottage is located in a large RV park. Many of which are permanent residents. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds are kept nice. There is no washer/dryer, so pack extra swim suits, etc. Please update your online address. (It takes you to a pawn shop in town.) Thanks and see you all again.

Little house stay

I spent 30 days in this lovely little house. Loved the front deck that has a view to the lakes. Inside is just very cozy and comfortable. Sandra has the house stocked so well with kitchen items, beach items including a cooler and all the necessities. Sandra’s brother lives in the RV park where this little house is so he is right there if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again and hope too!

Tiny home with big kitchen.

We all brought food to reheat and cook. The kitchen was absolutely perfect for our set up. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed ping-pong, billards and swimming in the swimming pool at the community center. This tiny home was very clean and well suited for three couples or one couple with four kids that can sleep together on two mattresses in the loft. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They even allow up to two dogs.

Cute little place

The property was well stocked with everything needed for the 4 days we stayed. My wife relaxed there most of the time while I fished. She also had to work a little bit. We also took one of our dogs and had a nice grassy place right across the road to take him out next to the little lake.

Great Time!

I rented the home for my father for the holidays. We really enjoyed our time, the house is very well equipped with everything that you might need. Communication was excellent and the home is exactly as pictured. I would stay again and recommend to friends.
