At my father's farmhouse

Elegance, well-being and serenity define this magnificent stone farmhouse of 130 m² located in the heart of the pretty village of Vers pont du Gard.

- A fitted and equipped kitchen with its dining area and its old fireplace.

- a cosy lounge to share reading and playing moments.

Upstairs,

- Three bedrooms with double beds (140x190) with air conditioning

- A bedroom with double bed (160x200) with air conditioning

- A bathroom.

For optimal comfort, air conditioning is installed in each room, worm stones will keep you cool on the ground floor, and baby equipment is available on request.

To complete this family building, its garden out of sight will allow you to enjoy: - a terrace shaded by a wisteria to share your breakfasts or a meal without being disturbed by the intense sun of our region. - A garden with trees where you can relax under the softness of the trees. - A ping pong table for amateurs. and to complete our pretty farmhouse, its refreshing space with its generously sized swimming pool (10x5) and from 1m50 to 3m deep, whose deckchairs, parasols, and garden furniture will adorn the beach. A summer kitchen accompanied by a plancha will allow you to meet around grills and good meals around the pool. You can benefit from all the essential shops, shops and their local products, restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy nearby....
