Villa L'Albatros: Located in a quiet and sought-after residential area of Lacanau, in the immediate vicinity of the golf course, this large holiday home is appealing for its generous volumes, large garden, and carefully designed decor. Designed to comfortably accommodate families, it provides an ideal address for shared stays while preserving everyone's privacy. The ocean is approximately 3.5 km away, the lake 4 km away, and shops 3 km away.
The house is perfectly suited to accommodate up to 7 adults and 2 children, making it an ideal accommodation for two families travelling together or for multigenerational stays. From the entrance, one discovers a vast living and dining room space, furnished with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, television and a large friendly dining area. The kitchen, open to the living room and terrace, is fully equipped for a stay with complete autonomy with oven, hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
The main level includes two bedrooms, one with a single bed in 90 cm and a wardrobe, the other with a double bed in 140 cm and storage. A bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin, as well as independent toilets, complete this floor. A third bedroom, equipped with a double bed in 160 cm and a wardrobe, offers an additional comfortable sleeping space.
On the ground floor, accessible through the garden-side basement, a second sleeping area allows hosting family or guests independently. It consists of a fourth bedroom with a double bed in 140 cm and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, independent toilets with a macerator, as well as an additional sleeping area fitted with a single bed, a table, and chairs.
The large garden and terrace pleasantly extend the living spaces and invite you to enjoy the surrounding tranquillity. The WIFI connection is included, facilitating extended stays or occasional teleworking.
This villa is particularly suitable for large families, with children, parents and grandparents, and is not intended for hosting groups of young people, in order to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and may be offered as an option. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
