Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of Cannes! Ideally located on the prestigious Boulevard Alexandre III, this spacious two-bedroom apartment (T3) is designed to offer a memorable stay. Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or for business, enjoy a quiet setting, a sunny balcony, and a fully equipped interior. Just a 20-minute walk from the train station and close to the beaches, this home promises relaxation, comfort, and easy access to the wonders of the French Riviera.
The Space:
This bright T3 can accommodate up to 6 guests, with two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The separate yet open-plan kitchen is a real highlight: spacious and fully equipped, it’s perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table.
The modern and cozy living room is ideal for unwinding, with welcoming sofas. The bathroom features a practical and modern shower, and bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. You’ll also enjoy a private balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including:
Air conditioning.
A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and even a wine cooler for enthusiasts.
Free Wi-Fi, a television, and a living space designed for your comfort.
Public paid parking is available nearby, along with street parking (subject to availability).
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Please note that pets are not allowed.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.
Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:
-dirty and/or stained laundry
-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt
-loss of key or broken key
- non-compliance with internal regulations
