First floor:
Large living room with living room, dining room and fitted kitchen.
In the kitchen you will find all the equipment: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, fridge-freezer,...
In the living room you have a television.
Books and board games available
Separate toilet - cupboard

Access to the garage from the inside and outside.
You will find the washing machine, the dryer and space to store your leisure items (bikes, scooters,...), and the barbecue.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 x190 cm (either put in 2 single beds or 1 double bed)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 x200 cm (either put in 2 single beds or 1 double bed)
- 1 large bathroom with toilet

Outside: Parking for 2 to 4 cars

POSSIBILITY TO PROVIDE HOUSEHOLD LINEN (12 €/person) = sheets – towels – dish towels

Water and electricity: a flat rate is included in the rental price (if payment is exceeded depending on your consumption)
