Charming Medieval Cottage in the Heart of Village

The medieval property of thick walls and arches is on three levels. The ground floor consists of a living room of aged travertine marble with a small, cozy fireplace, a dining area with French windows giving onto a balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a powder room.

The main bedroom is on the upper floor with a king size bed and a provençale bathroom with marble floors, a double sink countertop, provençale cabinets and a tiled Italian shower hut. There’s a small enclave used as an office with a printer, and single bed/sofa. A small window provides a distant view of the sea beyond the wooded hills.

The second bedroom is on the lower floor accessible by an exterior, stone staircase. It has marble floors, aged marbled bathroom and a kitchenette. The queen size bed is under a stone arch imbedded with miniature dimmable lighting. There’s also a bamboo couch that a child can sleep on.

The patio surrounded by bougainvillea is used for outside dining.

The property is 2 minutes walking distance from the shops on the Rue Carnot and 4-5 minutes from the 18th century Église Saint-Trophyme and the village square.
