We stayed in both sides of the home with a large women’s church group. We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I heard was that it the beds were loud. They squeaked every time you turned over. This made ppl feel a little self conscious due to sharing rooms with friends. Overall it was excellent and everyone enjoyed themselves. The fact that there were no other complaints in a group of women this large speaks for itself. I’m not saying women are picky but…Would definitely stay here again.

The pool is beautiful. We didn't use it much because we experienced quite a bit of rain, but it was nice also to sit around and relax. The Host is outstanding. He was very responsive and kind. He addressed all our concerns prior to our arrival, then the property manager handled things in the same manner until our trip ended. The house was lovely and could easily accommodate a large family. We had 13 people at the house, with rooms to spare! My only complaint is the difficulty in dragging fully loaded suitcases up all those flights of stairs. There should be some type of service elevator to assist in bringing up luggage. There also needs to be a way to get mobility impaired people into the house without them having to walk up several flights of stairs. Our youngest family member who attended our vacation was 60.The washers and dryer units are of excellent quality andcl very convenient. I could go on and on about great the property is. We had an incredible stay in Beautiful North Myrtle Beach

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and their families. There were 19 of us and more than enough room. Beach is very walkable (two blocks), game rooms fun and the private pool was great. A lot of local things to do for all ages. There was a glitch the first day of the one AC unit not working; however, was immediately brought a portable AC unit that served the purpose and everything was fixed the next day. Very clean, had what we needed and would very much like to return again. I sincerely recommend this property!!!

Family trip

55th Wedding Anniversary celebration

The size and location of the house was perfect for our large family vacation. The ratio of bedrooms and bathrooms was also ideal. Our only complaints were that the furnace filters were all dirty and some of the chairs, bar stools, and front porch chairs were wobbly and needed to be repaired or replaced.

50th Birthday Weekend Celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental units were amazing. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. All of the things that you would want in terms of amenities were there. Plus only a short walk to the beach!!! (Two to three minutes) Would definitely stay again!!!.

We booked both sides of this home so that those in the wedding and their spouses could all stay at same place. Absolutely beautiful home. Great house for school group

This house fit all of our 21 people, 18 kids and 3 adults. The kids loved the rooms with individual bathrooms. A definite plus! The pool was also a plus! The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and we felt safe letting the kids walk there. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. The kitchens were stocked and we enjoyed cooking all our meals there. We would love to return next year!! Thank you.

Family Trip-Both Sidea

Amazing house and amazing location in North Myrtle Beach. 2 blocks off the beach and a half mile to highway 17. The pool out back was perfect for dip after the beach. Two grills and the covered parking was great to hang out with family and friends rain or shine. The house was clean and had all the supplies to cook. Laurel, property manager, was available for any issues that came up and was very responsive. Lots of stairs 4 flights from the ground up, so make sure all of your guests are ok with climbing stairs. We rented a 6 seat golf carts and we had room for 3 cars and an mid size RV. Overall my family had a fabulous time and would come back to the exact property if we returned to Myrtle Beach!

Family gathering was wonderful

We rented the entire house for a family member’s 80th birthday. Everything in the listing is accurate and the property is very well kept. It is 1 block from the beach so it’s an easy walk. The property manager kept us informed of when the house would be ready and was very responsive if we needed anything. We had 23 folks ranging in age from 9 months to 80yo and everyone was comfortable. The main living area/kitchen is big enough for everyone to hang out. The best thing about the house is everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom and an additional half bath on the first floor. One improvement that could be made is to get a better grill - it didn’t hold heat well enough to cook the food quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Couple's Retreat

The property was very beautiful, and everything was as listed, we did have a problem with one of the toilets as it poured water over the floor,which caused one couple to have to use another bathroom that was not in there room. (THAT WAS A BUMMER). Again the house was beautiful and well taking care of. But due to our retreat having 10 older Couple's, all the stairs made it uncomfortable for a lot of them especially having to take luggages and groceries up so so many flights of stairs, (That part was pretty bad) And as for that reason, we probley won't be returning , but its only because for a 3 story house an elevator would have made this Valentine's Retreat much more amazing.... Besides the stairs,and bathroom problem, Over all everyone had a great and wonderful time...

Awesome location with lots of room

We recently stayed on both sides of this house with 16 adults and 4 children 7 and under. The location is wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach, close to multiple excellent golf courses and has its own pool. It is also close to Barefoot landing which had great restaurants and entertainment. There were two playgrounds nearby for the kids also. We never felt cramped even though we had a large group. There are a lot of stairs involved so keep that in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The kitchen's were basically stocked (better than some and not as good as others that we have stayed at). Our biggest complaint was with the towel and linen service. The number and quality of towels provided was totally inadequate. We knew to bring our own beach towels but the problem was with every day towels. The owner informed me they were changing services the end of August 2022, hopefully they do. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms and excellent location makes this a great house for a family reunion or large family vacation.

Nice house

We rented both sides for a family celebration. It easily accommodated 30 people. Pros: Close to beach. Easily a few minutes walk in a safe area. Kitchen had most of the supplies you'd need to cook, knives were dull and couldn't cut tomatoes but we brought some with us, I mention that in case sharp knives is a necessity for you;). Listing was as described and had plenty of beds and the bathrooms were plentiful! Which helps with this many people. Water pressure was good! Overall, unit was clean. Check in was easy and 1 side was ready a few hours early. Communication with the host was always easy, quick, and pleasant. They respond very fast! The extra allowance they provide was used for towels, toilet paper(the mgmt co provides one roll for each side and there were actually bathrooms with empty rolls so this was very helpful), dish soap, laundry soap, and those extras you would normally expect to have and not bring with you traveling. I had to go to the store anyway, so that worked very well. 8 parking spaces worked well. All in all, we had a great time! We loved the two side set up that allowed us to have ample space for everyone. We also love that there was a pool. We spent a good amount of time in the pool after the beach time. Things to be prepared for: The home could use some minor updating. I wouldn't consider this a very high end home as there were things that I wouldn't have expected. Beds squeaked just climbing in. They were not the most uncomfortable beds but I didn't fall in love with them either. Kitchen cabinets paint is peeling and cut my hand. The grill is charcoal and not gas, not a big deal- just takes a bit longer so plan for it! You may need to clean the grates before use. As mentioned, there are limited bath towels provided, but we were prepared and as stated, they give a stipend for that. The management company has a whole system for bed linen and it was a complete shitshow. They didn't provide the correct sizes, none of it made actual sense, and whoever came up with that "system" should reconsider their solution. It didn't work well. I blame that on the mgmt co and not the hosts. The pool area needs some TLC! The concrete was full of mold and needed a pressure wash. It looked poorly maintained with rusty pictures and loose entry bar. We did however enjoy the pool itself. It wasn't dirty, just a little sandy which is expected and cleaners arrived during our stay. Overall, I'm glad we rented here! Thank you!
