Our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with in-ground pool & hot tub on prestigious 19th St is a place you will want to come back to each and every time you visit the 806. Our 3300 sq ft home is stylishly decorated and boosts 3 huge bedrooms with super comfy mattresses and high end linens. We have a game room with pool table, a dining room to seat 6, washer and dryer and a gorgeous sunroom overlooking the stunning backyard. And you are directly across the street from the University. You can’t get much closer.

I believe, I found the most beautiful gem in Lubbock. Everything about this house was so beautiful, unique,charming and welcoming. The swimming pool and the hot tub were so inviting. We definitely stay again. I feel so bad because we were enjoying the house with our grandchildren that we went to visit and didn’t take any pictures. Maybe next time

Absolute Gem!

This vacation home was perfect for our small family reunion. The game room, pool and spa, and the large TVs in most rooms made it so that everyone had plenty to do. It’s an older home, but full of charm, right across from the university. The backyard is definitely an oasis, and even the fur babies had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. We stayed for 7 days, but it was only stocked with enough toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags for 2 days. We ended up having to go to the store to buy the essentials to make it through the week, not a big deal. The pool and spa were fun, but after a couple of days the pool got murky, and the spa started to smell bad. Jana had someone out there the next day, but we had to go for a day without it because the pool guys had to treat it. The pool guy said it got like that because the spa was running for so long without filtering with the pool. He said it needs to be filtered every day or so to stay clean. All in all, I am happy to give this home a 10/10 rating. Jana was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and took very good care of us. There was a misunderstanding about the availability of the garage. The original listing stated we had access to it, but that was not the case at the time of check-in. Jana has since updated the listing. The circle driveway made plenty of room for parking. We would love to rent this home again.

Room for improvement

The house itself is a older home that has been remodeled with nice upgrades. The listing advertises a pool and Hot tub however when we arrived the Hot tub was ice cold. To my amazement in order to have the Hot tub HOT we had to pay an up charge of 150. Not something I would’ve ever imagined but happened! A Hot tub may just be cold:/

Literally across from Tech! Gorgeous pool in a well-treed yard. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Pool table was a great bonus! Thank you for a great visit!!

It's an older property but has many updates and is charming. We had a hiccup or two, but the owner was very very responsive in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable.

Great location

We stayed as a short get away with our college aged children retuning two back to Tech. The house was great and the backyard and pool were fantastic. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with.

Excellent location

Our family gathered for a funeral. We are all from out of town and wanted a place we could all be together. This is a beautiful, spacious property with ample room for a crowd of varying ages. The entire family loved it. Definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from Home

This home is truly a home away from home! The location is great! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The property owner was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay her again! Our whole family loved staying here. Everything was lovely!

A gem in Lubbock

A spacious home at a great location. We were there visiting our son who is attending TTU; his dorm is right across 19th Street; this place was so convenient for us. I think any destination in Lubbock is no more than 10-15 minutes from here. The neighborhood is beautiful and easily traversable by foot or automobile. The house is clean and well-appointed. The pool is fantastic; it's a good size and the deep end is deep - I'm guessing 8 or 9 feet. The pool area has a good amount of shade, which I personally appreciate. Pool towels are supplied in addition to bath towels, and there is a decent selection of pool toys/floaties. Jana was proactive with communication and quick to respond to any inquiries during our stay. We had our dog with us; there are two good-size parks within a matter of blocks to the south of the house. Coming from Austin in late August, it was a pleasant surprise to have green grass at the parks for our dog to frolic upon. House rules and check-out instructions were clear and reasonable. Overall, a great stay; I "favorited" this house and will definitely check availability for our next trip to TTU.
