Condominio de Lujo en pleno corazón de Doral, su ubicación inmejorable frente al DownTown park Doral, un parque de 3 acres para disfrutar, junto a tiendas y restaurantes, bares nocturnos y todo lo que nesecitas para hacer de tu estadía en Miami, única. Cuenta con 2 Habitaciones con camas King Size, 1 sofá cama individual y un sofá cama Queen, dos baños completos, cocina equipada y todo lo nesesario para crear los mejores recuerdos en familia!

Las habitaciones cuentan con baño completo y cama King Size en las áreas cómunes hay sofacama doble y uno sencillo. Pensamos en nuestros huespedes para que se relajen y tengan un verdadero descanso despues de un trajinado día en Miami o sus alrededores. La cocina está compeltamente equipada , con electrodomesticos en acero inoxidable. Cada habitación tiene Tv de 43 Pulgadas y la sala de estar tambien.

El condominio cuenta con amenidades como gimnasio , salon social, Piscina y zonas humedas, estas últimas se encuentran en reparación, daremos a conocer cuando esten reparadas. Por ahora podemos usar la piscina del edificio contiguo, previa reserva en el front desk.

To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and staff, please read and follow the following house rules.
#1: The person whose name appears on the reservation must be the person checking in and must be 21 years of age or older.
# 2: respect your neighbor
While we encourage all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that you be courteous and respectful to all neighbors and staff.
# 3: Check-out is at 11 a.m.
Our next guests will arrive at 3pm and we need enough time to prepare the space for them. Our dedicated cleaning crews start cleaning at 11am. Late check-out carries a surcharge.
# 4: lights and air conditioning
To conserve as much electricity as possible, raise the air conditioner temperature to 75 degrees and turn off all lights every time you leave the unit, even at checkout.
# 5: Anything you wear, please return it
Everything in the apartment is yours to use, we only ask that if you use or move something, please return it where you found it.
# 6: no parties or events allowed
Any unruly behavior or serious complaints will result in you being asked to leave.
# 7: Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
Eating or drinking in bed can lead to accidental spills and additional cleaning fees.
# 8: no smoking
We are a smoke free building. Smoking is not allowed inside the units, on the balconies, in the common areas or in the amenities. Please respect this rule. Please note that if smoking is anywhere, an additional $ 300 cleaning fee will apply.
# 9: accidental breakage or damage
Please let us know if something breaks so we can make sure it is replaced for our next guests. We will try to fix it, but if it can't be fixed we will ask for your help to cover the replacement.
# 10: access to amenities
On the 2nd floor, you can enjoy the gym (you enter with the fob at any time) and social room, coworking, meeting room, which you can access by reserving a time at the reception. We provide pool towels inside the apartment for your comfort. If you take your towel to the pool, be sure to bring it back. Oh, and please no alcohol or glass containers in the pool.

Please do not allow garbage to accumulate, remove all garbage from your unit.
Trash chutes are located on each floor at the end of the hall.
# 12: Lost Key, Keychain, Parking Tag
Be sure to return all key fobs, parking stickers, and key cards that were issued to you at check-in. In case you have lost any of the items, the cost of replacements is as follows:
Key card: $ 100
Fob: $ 100
Parking sticker: $ 100
