Smoky Mountain High is beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath cabin in the Sherwood Forest Resort known for its spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains.

CABIN DESCRIPTION
• Four story, four bedroom cabin that sleeps 12.
• Four king bedrooms with modern furniture & luxury bedding, twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own SmartTV equipped with Roku.
• Amazing views from 3 decks.
• Hot tub on the covered deck to relax and enjoy the views and mountain air. Hot tub towels are provided.
• Polywood furniture on the decks.
• 12 person luxury movie theater with a 100" projection screen, surround sound, & DVD player. It is perfect for watching TV, movies, or streaming your favorite movies.
• Theater level has a kitchenette with microwave, mini, fridge, and microwave.
• Gaming activities include pool table, air hockey, arcade, board games, & poker table.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Two grills: Park style charcoal grill in front of the cabin (bring your own charcoal) and a gas grill on the deck.
• Full size washer/dryer in the loft Master

SECURITY
For liability and security purposes, there are external Ring cameras at the front parking entrance, front door, and external AC units that continuously record audio and video. There are no cameras inside the cabin itself. Host may monitor the external cameras at any time via a smart phone app. Cameras are not to be covered up or tampered with in any way.

ABOUT SHERWOOD FOREST RESORT
• Gated resort with season community pool. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day dependent on weather, maintenance, and HOA decisions.
• Roads to the cabin are sloped, narrow, and windy, but there are no steep drop offs.
• Chains or 4WD are HIGHLY recommended during winter months. It is the Guest's responsibility to check local weather prior to and during the stay at the cabin.
• Trip insurance is STRONGLY recommended. We recommend Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance for the most comprehensive protection of your trip.

This cabin was great for my family! There are bedrooms on different floors so my family w/young kids could be separate from my sister and her adult daughter. Everything was just as described.

Family stay

We had 6 adults and 6 kids (5-17). There was plenty of room for everyone. And plenty to do in the house. House is located within minutes of everything. Adults enjoy drinking coffee in the morning on the deck. Kids enjoy game room and theater and the nearby pool. Definitely stay here again.

The views from the deck were absolutely gorgeous and the house had everything we needed for wonderful vacation! The location was also really good as it was about 20 minutes to most attractions in either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Tons of things to do for sure!

Convenient location and very nicely maintained cabin

We’ve been to the area three times and this was the best location. Close to everything yet when on the porch, you feel miles away and fully in the mountains. The cabin was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub on the evenings, and the theater room was great for a rainy day. The views in the loft are awesome. Kitchen was stocked well for our meals and the grill is convenient. As one other reviewer noted, the kitchen floorboards are quite squeaky. My teenage kids like to snooze, and they were sleeping below the kitchen, so we tried to stay in the loft upstairs (which is a great place for coffee with a view) and then tiptoe as best we could. The pool table is a little tight to play on all sides given the size of that room, but we made it work. If you’re a billiards fanatic, you may find yourself doing some moves for a few shots. Haha. It’s really a great place. We had a great spring break week.

Extraordinary Mountain retreat

This beautiful cabin was perfect for our holiday getaway. We had fun watching movies in the theater and playing air hockey and pool. The hot tub was awesome as well! The location was perfect, close to Pigeon Forge, 20 min to Gatlinburg. We loved staying here, would highly recommend!

Enjoyable Stay - Beautiful Cabin

We loved the cabin and the village in which it is located. It is very convenient to Pigeon Forge and the entrance to the parkway to Gatlinburg.

Amazing Views

I visited with my 9 month old, 4 year old, husband, and parents. We all had a wonderful time. The view from the house was amazing. My mom never left the house the entire trip and loved it. It was very nice that they had a pack and play and high chair. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from Dollywood. I would absolutely stay here again. absoluteawoulddollywoodIt's

Girls trip- sisters and nieces

We had a great stay. The cabin is located conveniently for things to do, but with great views and neighboring cabins not visible to us. Surprisingly door dash delivers to this area which added convenience during our stay. I highly recommend this cabin. I will mention the wood floors on the main floor in the kitchen would squeak as we walked on them, but it gave us a laugh more than anything as we made a game of who could be the quietest. We will definitely return to this cabin. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful stay!!

We absolutely loved this vacation home! We had a total of 7 in our party and had plenty of space and plenty to keep us occupied when we weren’t out and about. The view from the main deck was amazing. We got good use out of the hot tub and community pool. The theater was also a really nice addition! The location was perfect to be able to get into downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with ease. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful Stay!

This cabin was perfect for our family! Multiple rooms and lots of entertainment kept us cool when we wanted to beat the heat! The theater room was super, and we enjoyed watching a movie on the big screen. The view outside the main floor is breathtaking and very peaceful. The location was perfect with easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a great stay in a super location. Super clean with so many amenities!!

Amazing property

We had a great stay at the Smokey Mountain High Cabin. All amenities were as listed/pictured. The hosts' respond promptly to emails. We loved the mountain views especially at sunset. The teens enjoyed the games and movie room. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin in the Heart of Pigeon Forge

Our family adored this property. We had the best experience here. The cabin was clean and well kept with all the amenities we could need. There was more than enough space for our family to spread out and plenty of things to do for all of us to enjoy. We especially loved the theater. We looked forward to returning to the cabin every evening to relax and enjoy our time there together. In fact, our best memories from our trip were made there instead of out in town or in the national park. We've been to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg many times, but this is the first time we've saved the listing information for future trips. We will certainly be back.

I don’t want to go home!

Smokey Mountain High is a beautiful cabin with beautiful views. It also offers so much to do in the cabin: theater room, pool table, air hockey, puzzles, games, hot tub, fireplace, and so much more. We had so much fun, we did not want to leave. Can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous cabin with magnificent views!

Smokey Mountain High exceeded our expectations! Beautiful clean cabin with everything you need! Great people to work with! Loved the movie theatre, game room, huge dining room table. King beds in each room suited every couple! The best is the balcony off the living room area. Spectacular views of the mountains! Loved every minute and can’t wait to return!
