Spring Creek Cottage, is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with Large Family room and convenient kitchen. Circular drive and Carport for easy parking. Newly renovated with plenty of comfort. Covered rear porch for relaxing by the Grill. Full Kitchen, dish washer, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, home away from home. Address is 2417 Luther Street Guntersville AL. 35976. Enjoy some of the best bass fishing in the nation on Guntersville Lake which covers 108 square miles! Within half a mile of Publix grocery store, beverage store and gas station. Just minutes from the new Guntersville City Harbor. And just 15 minutes from the new Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater. Guntersville is host to Bass Fishing tournaments, Boat Races, Festivals, Zip Line adventures and Rock the Dock. With great local food venues, Craft Beer Breweries and 2 State Parks near by, Guntersville State Park and Cathedral Caverns State Park, there is always plenty of adventure.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings.

The host was great. There was no bathroom amenities such as shampoo/conditioner. Cooking utensils need replacing as some are rusted and all were very old. The decor was very nice and comfy. I think the ac/heat thermostat should not have a max setting automatically. It was cool at night.

The neighborhood was great! House was perfect! Very close to a great boat ramp! Great place for a family or fishing buddies. Owner super nice and quick to respond to any communication! Will definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable.

The house was cozy and clean, with plenty of room for the three of us. We really enjoyed the back deck just relaxing and listening to the birds. The Publix market was nice to have nearby for anything you may need.

Great Getaway

Met my old college roommate for a few days of fishing and the Spring Creek Cottage fit all our needs quite nicely. Clean cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed to covered deck and gas grill. Close to multiple boat ramps, grocery store, and restaurants. Easy check in and good communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

great location

the house was very nice . the grille on the back porch was very very dirty. But for the over all experience it was a good value . i would recommend if your looking for a place in guntersville to stay. you wont be unhappy

Nice stay for a fishing trip

We stayed here on a fishing trip, and it worked great for us. It was easy to check in, the place was clean and well-appointed, and Ben was quick to respond to any questions I had. As the description states, the location was very handy to the boat landing, less than two minutes away. I also liked having the covered carport for the boat. It was nice to meet Ben when he stopped by to make sure things were all good with our stay - he's a friendly fellow who cares about his properties.

Great home base for fishing Lake Guntersville, or playing baseball in Albertville.

We brought a boat so we could fish when we weren't playing baseball in Albertville. Perfectly situated near a boat ramp, with the house having a good setup for up to 6. Water was hot, AC worked good, house was clean and just as advertised. We'll stay in this home again instead of a hotel when when play on the lake, or in Albertville.Most of our 19' boat fit under the carport, and if you can handle backing a trailer down a multiple lane boat ramp, you won't have a problem with the driveway.11 minutes to Sand Mountain Park.

Thanksgiving weekend

I have several older family members and we had need of a quiet place to visit one another. Restaurants are just too much of an ordeal with several disabled people. Asked host in advance about having a family gathering about 8 people. We live too far apart to use our own home. The property was perfect. Only a few steps and even had a power recliner.
