Vacation

Condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Small hiccup with our arrival date but Paula was quick to take care of it. Condo was locatec within walking distance of thd beach and shops. Would definately rent again.

Perfect 4th of July Property

The property is in a perfect location for firework viewing and is only a short walk from both the beach or downtown. It is also in great condition and furnished with everything you need in both the bedroom and kitchen. We had some minor issues with getting check-in information, but Paula quickly made it right and got us what we needed.

Lovely home away from home in Sandpoint

This condo is tucked in a convenient side street in downtown Sandpoint. Close to everything including City Beach. We have stayed here twice and look forward to our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that there weren’t any sheets for the hide a bed in the living room. But otherwise all was perfect.

Great stay out of the AZ heat

Looking for a break from the AZ heat our road trip brought us to Sandpoint. The Lofts are ideally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view over the marina was mesmerizing. Unit was appointed with all you need. DEFINETLY stay here again.

Short Stay

It’s walking distance to everything. Building is very quiet which is nice beside the trains. But you can’t really avoid that noise anywhere in Sandpoint.

Wonderful view, downtown at your door step. Unfortunately, parking lot construction across the street all day Friday and from 7 AM to 6 PM on Saturday. One off event just bad timing for us.

Location was perfect as we are Vegan and City Beach Organics was right down the street as well as Yoga, coffee & cocktails and all while overlooking the gorgeous City Beach and Marina! Loved it!

Lovely apartment

Great apartment in a fantastic area. Walk to town, close access to the expressway. The furnishings are tasteful, the bed was comfortable, and the size was perfect. I will say, that when a train goes by, the whole building "rumbles" a bit, but not in a way that makes you not want to stay there. It simply startled me the first time, thinking there was a small earthquake, but once I figured it out, it was fine. Also, the building lights go on once you are inside the corridor to the elevator. At times it was dark and because of the slight delay in them turning on, I was a woman alone, so it gave me slight pause. However the building is completely secure, so once again, not a reason to not rent this unit. I would definitely stay there again!

Great condo in downtown Sandpoint

This condo has a great location in downtown Sandpoint, which is convenient for walking everywhere. The place was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The manager was very quick to respond to troubles with the door lock and solved the problem. Highly recommended.
