Home away from home

This property was very cute and homey feeling. Javier was a great host and very attentive. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The stay was very nice. Everything was clean and organize and overall beautiful. did think the bed was a little hard but it was okay.

in the photos i knew there would be no dryer or hot tub but i still decided to stay here. Turned out the washer was broken and no one told me. i had to trash everything all my clothes were soaked and did not dry in time for my flight back home. i could tell the sheets had not been washed because of the musty smell in the room, maybe because the washer was out. the back porch area was very beautiful but infested with some type of bug in the gravel or seating area that did not allow us to enjoy outside. the inside had too many decorations for Christmas and marine life it was an eye sore, however the place was stocked with all toiletries and cleaning products needed on our stay, thank you for hosting us, I hope next stay will be better. I would definitely consider staying again because of the location and local culture. lastly the host did not reach out until after i inquired on the check-in process.

The best house in the block

The property was so nice and clean and had all the amenities that you need beach towels beach toys chairs. The owner is very nice respectful. He responded quickly on anything that I needed I truly recommend this house is next to all the restaurants reliable and beautiful... It was truly a pleasure

Great stay

Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. We loved having breakfast in the terrace every morning. The air conditioning in the bedroom works like a charm and the shower in the bathroom has great water pressure. The neighborhood is fantastic with all the seafood and puertorrican food restaurants within walking distance. Guayanilla is also a good location to be if you want to explore the whole south coast of PR. In a few words, we loved being there and hope to be welcomed back in the future. Thank you for all the details that make a stay special. We will have memories we will cherish forever.

Perfect house for us

Javier’s house was perfect for us and he was such a great host! We truly enjoyed our time there. The house had everything we needed, including beach chairs and cooler to take with us to the beach, and a fully stocked kitchen. He shared recommendations of where to go, and was so friendly and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing as always

My family and I once again had the pleasure of staying at Javier's vacation home and once again it was amazing if not better than the last time we stayed over two years ago. We had a wonderful time there and the home was so welcoming, comfortable and humbling. We highly recommend anyone staying here. We thank you Javier.

Everything espectacular

Mr. Javier as always , very attentive to every detail,so that each guest has the best stay.It is the third time that I stay and from the first time everything impeccable.very clean. The convenience house is close to the best restaurant,bakery, pharmacy the best beaches,near expressway .mr.Javier is available 24/7 for whatever you need. I recommend him 💯 . And iI hope 🤞🏽 to return soon. I always have a nice time.

Wonderful

This is my second time staying here. Everything is spotless and Mr. Ríos and his wife are so attentive! It will sure not be my last… everything is so close and convenient. I stayed with my daughter this time and she loved every minute of it! They are great host… nice and safe with everyone knowing the neighborhood..

Una experiencia única, mr. Ríos muy atento desde que isimos la reservación , hasta el día de salida, súper preciosa ,cómoda,y súper limpia, localización conveniente a los restaurantes, supermercado y playas. La recomiendo 100 por ciento.
