★ WARNING ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Therefore, if during the cleaning of the apartment we find even the slightest trace or evidence (odor, burn marks, or cigarette butts), we will be required to deduct a minimum of 80€ from your security deposit. The backyard is available for smoking cigarettes.
Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
Overnight stays in the apartment are STRICTLY RESERVED for the people listed on the reservation. Any unregistered person may result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the reservation, WITHOUT A REFUND, or the billing of additional guests at a rate of €50 per additional guest.
