Enjoy several Lake Michigan Beaches which includes the notable Pere Marquette Beach, tranquil PJ Hoffmaster Park and Kruse Park Beach one of Michigan's only dog beach. With additional lakes, parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby this is an exciting experience you will enjoy. Great for a small family or couples retreat.

Although we got off on the wrong foot, we enjoyed our stay overall. We showed up just after 3pm to find the cleaning lady still at the house. We waited a few minutes before walking up to let her know we were checking in, to which she was very rude and said check-in is normally not until 4pm and she wasn't done yet. I sent a message to Joe and he said he'd check what was going on. We drove around for almost an hour before I had to reach back out to see what was going on. Joe said she was gone and apologized for the delay, but didn't apologize for her being rude. The house is very clean and updated on the inside and just enough room for the 4 of us. The backyard could use a little work. It is very conveniently located, with short drives to several beaches, although it is situated right on a busy street - so the traffic noise was high. Wi-Fi and TV worked great.

Home appeared to be recently remodeled, very clean. Beds very comfortable. Backyard leaves a bit to be desired, looks like a number of trees have been removed this year which would account for the lack of grass. If the rest of the property shows anything I’d say the yard will be the next item to get some attention. Would definitely consider staying again next year.

Nice Clean Property

We had some family celebrations in the area and found this little homes on VRBO. It is updated nicely, has very good internet and TV options. It is very clean and the owner always responded to any questions or concerns in a short period of time. We will definitely considering renting here again.

Lovely few days

Loved this property. The house was clean and stocked with what we needed. I have chronic back pain and the beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. The location of the property was nice and convenient, we were able to get to the state park, Grand Haven and Muskegon all in under 20ish minutes. There is a variety of things to do in the area, plenty of restaurants, and the house seems like it's in a pretty safe neighborhood. Overall we absolutely loved the house and area. We added a day to our trip and communication with the owners was easy and promt. We would stay at this VRBO again.

The shores

Over all was a nice and comfortable stay. Back yard could have been alittle nicer. The house could have had more accomodations as far as soaps, locations, and kitchen/cooking accomodations.

Such a beautiful place. So well kept and the owners are very accommodating. We loved our stay there. We had a great time in Muskegon! We went to Hearthstone for dinner and it was amazing. The beaches there are great too. We will definitely be back. Thanks Joe! You have a hidden gem on your hands.

Cute cottage

Great place to stay that is close to the beach. House was comfortable with everything we needed. There are many nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely love to vacation here again!

Great access to the lake!

Perfect location, just a few miles away from several great Lake Michigan beaches. Easy to find and well-kept house with a fenced in backyard.

Totally Satisfied

We had a restful yet invigorating stay at this Norton Shores Location. The home was well-appointed, clean, and very quiet which provided two good nights' sleep. The County and State Parks near Muskegon as well as the Muskegon and Grand Haven beaches were fun to explore. We enjoyed two evenings in Grand Haven and were treated to a concert in the park and the Magical Fountain light show. We hope to return in the fall. Thank you Joe and Aubrey.

Cute and comfortable

Cute place. Well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but it wasn't a problem for us. It was nice to let our dog out into the fenced yard. In early April, the weather was bad, but the place is very near Lake Michigan and a handful of parks/beaches. Easy access to stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Adorable house!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your house. It was super clean. The beds were very comfortable all the amenities we could need were there. It was close to everything and there was enough seating to watch television. Would definitely recommend!

Cute as heck

Super cute and cozy little house. Perfect for 2 to 4 people. Best thing was they offered us a complimentary load of laundry. And we needed that. Good location, in-between 5 different beachs. They privided a book with info on beaches too. And no issues with communication or getting into home. Highly recommend this place.

Property owners are amazing! What a great place. Resort quality environment within peaceful neighborhood. Beds are comfortable, decorating is professional and enjoyable. Provided much more than was needed. Will be keeping on our do again list.
