"Le 102" in Larmor-Plage, terrace, parking and cellar
Attractive two-room apartment designed with a terrace and small veranda, parking space and cellar.
Situation
This apartment is located in a large house (ground floor + 1), on the ground floor.
The house is located on the northwest border between Larmor-Plage and Ploemeur, less than 5 minutes from the town centre of Ploemeur and Larmor, about 10 from Lorient, the base, the city of sailing.
The house was built between 1978 and 1980 and was completely redesigned, restructured, insulated in 2019 to accommodate 5 new apartments.
The apartment
This apartment was completely renovated in early 2025. It has been tastefully decorated and is in very good condition.
The "102" can accommodate 4 people, preferably two couples, or a couple and two children, since it offers two double beds.
It offers a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room, the sofa bed has a very comfortable mattress allowing it to accommodate two additional people.
In the fully equipped kitchen, a high table allows 4 people to sit down for a meal.
If the weather is fine (often in southern Brittany), the terrace also allows you to have a drink or a meal while enjoying the view of the garden.
A small patio/veranda overlooks the terrace and garden, allowing you to spend a pleasant moment in the daylight even when the weather is not nice.

The apartment is well-equipped:
- kitchen with hob, oven, microwave
- Bathroom with spacious shower, sink, towel warmer and washing machine
- Ample storage space is available in the apartment
- High-speed internet connection (fibre) and TV.
The environment
The kitchen, dining area, and veranda offer a lovely view of the wooded garden and nature, inviting serenity. The large, well-maintained and wooded garden (2200 m² plot) awaits you for a relaxing moment under the trees.
At the end of the garden: the Ploemeur - Larmor-Plage greenway: beaches, markets (Ploemeur and Larmor), the Ter train or the nautical center by bike or short hike...
At the far end of the garden runs the greenway linking the town center of Ploemeur to that of Larmor-Plage. Whether on foot, hiking, or cycling, this greenway, illuminated at night, crosses the countryside and provides access to beaches and coastal paths away from cars.
Parking
Outside, you have a private parking space in the north-side parking lot. It is also possible to park in front of the house on the street.
For your bikes, surfboards, kites...
You have a private, lockable cellar located in the basement of the house. You can store your bicycles and water sports equipment (sails, boards, kites, etc.) there safely.
Around
At the back of the garden, a small gate provides access to the greenway (for cycle and pedestrian use) which passes right behind it. It connects Ploemeur to the centre of Larmor-Plage.
The town centre of Ploemeur, its swimming pool, supermarkets and local shops are a 5-minute drive away and are accessible by bicycle via the greenway.
Lorient - the Base, the sailing city and shops are less than 10 minutes away.
The Kerguelen Ocean Park and the beaches are accessible by bike on the greenway (15 to 20 minutes), or by road in less than 5 minutes.
The beaches of Larmor-Plage, Lomener and Ploemeur are accessible by car in less than 5 minutes for the closest ones, in less than 10 for the most beautiful ones, and for surfers, those of Fort-bloqué and Guidel are about 15 minutes away.
Cove, sand, rock, family-friendly, waves, or quiet, it's up to you to choose, and if you prefer the countryside there are many hiking trails nearby.
