Located in the Bridges, this complex is on a ski run of Mammoth Mountain - ski/bike in & out of Eagle Lodge to your front door with ease!
This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, garage parking (2 cars, height 6'9"), HOA jacuzzi, & elevator access.

About the Space:
Wake up to breathtaking, expansive views at this stunning property in The Bridges! This condo is the ultimate mountain escape - tucked peacefully onto the mountainside above town, while offering winter and summer activities right from your front door! The Bridges is located on a ski run of the prestigious Mammoth Mountain – world class skiing/biking right to Eagle Lodge! The whole home has been tastefully redone – remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, and new carpeting throughout. There is central heating to ensure the home stays a comfortable temperature throughout the winter season.
The open living area maximizes the expansive view from every window. The living room offers a comfortable space, with new couches, including a twin sized sleeper sofa, large smart TV and wood burning fireplace. Off the living area is a dining table with seating for 6. The remodeled kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. The kitchen offers new cabinets, upgraded appliances, and solid quartz countertops. The massive peninsula is a perfect space to prepare a delicious meal. There is bar seating for 4. Outside from the living area is a private deck with private Trager BBQ (with free pellets) and seating area overlooking the spectacular scenery.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, dresser, and closet for clothing storage. The remodeled primary bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom – it has a walk-in shower and marble countertop vanity. The second bedroom has a XL twin over queen bunk bed. It also has a large dresser and closet space. There is a private entry into the second bathroom (shared with the living area). The second bathroom has a tub/shower and marble countertop vanity.
There is in-unit laundry, located in the hallway near the second bathroom.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, body, bath), conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, pellets (for BBQ), firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourself.
Guests staying at The Bridges have access to the HOA jacuzzi.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage (height limit 6'9"). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Chair 15 and Little Eagle Lodge are open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).
***This property sits atop a steep hill - the driveway is steep and during winter months may be slippery. During winter months, 4WD and/or chains/snow tires may be necessary.
