Play all day in the parks and attractions and then return to your quiet retreat to relax and recharge. Swim all year in your private heated indoor pool or enjoy our 7 seater Hot tub with a view on the porch. Our Amenities include flat dedicated parking for 3 cars plus, fully equipped kitchen, private barbecue grill, 2 arcades/air hockey and sleeps 10.

Flat parking for 3 cars (2 Cars on driveway and 1 car in front of the cabin)

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET/ Check out is 10am ET
No late check-out or early check-in without permission or additional fee.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker.
(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival)

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub for 7 people
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). The pool is 4 feet deep, absolutely no diving.

PacMan, NBA Jams Arcade and Air hockey table on Loft upstairs

★ SECURITY:
At the end of a Cul-de-sac
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS:
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment request center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

★ CONSTRUCTION:
There is few construction going on near us with noise and muddy road on some occasions.

★ REFUNDS:
We don't offer refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.

★ Dollywood Christmas Schedule and Hours
Dollywood Smoky Mountain Christmas runs from Nov. 6th to Jan 2nd.
For the Christmas season, Dollywood is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the week of Christmas, Dollywood is open for these days, but they are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (please check Dollywood's operating schedule).
If you'd like to celebrate New Year's Eve at Dollywood, the park will be open until 9 pm on Dec. 31st. Be sure to check out Dollywood's operating schedule.
