Dear Sir, you are the first to complain about the property and to answer you we provide 1 large towel per person in the bathroom. There are two bathrooms and indeed we do not provide 2 towels per room tomorrow when there are 2 people. We define the number of towels according to the number of people, which is the majority of guests. We agree that you may have missed a small towel and this will be offered soon. You must not have corrected a mistake, you searched to find the key to a closet reserved for the service provider and helped yourself to an extra towel, which is surprising and rude. We provide 40ml welcome bottles (1 per person) of shower gel. We do not provide all the cosmetic products, as is the case with most accommodations (excluding hotels). Regarding toilet paper, we provide one new roll and one roll on the holder, which can be used but replaced if less than half is left. If the latter is too small, I apologize. However, the roll sizes are those usually offered in France, but perhaps you come from a country where rolls are extremely large? Finally, the tableware provided is eclectic, and this is a wish of the owners. There is more than enough tableware for six people, but the variety and color are varied; it's a matter of taste, and it's also part of the charm of the place. Finally, the ad clearly states that there is no air conditioning in the house, so in the future, remember to check (the equipment and the weather) before renting a property. However, Reims has indeed experienced extreme heat and we have asked the owner to equip the house with a fan. Good luck
