South Harbour 11 C is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Amazing views, walking distance to nearly everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Park and play at its finest. Gated community with private pool and beach. Very large balcony with amazing views for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
Amazing 2 BR, 2 bath Gulf View Condo that sleeps 6. Condo is located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexcio, Villa Sabine Bay and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Countlees restaurants and activities such as charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises as well as numerous activities for the kids all within walking distance. Located directly across the street from Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Pier. Free trolley is available May - September.

The location was right in the center of the main area of Pensacola, allowing you to easily walk both to the beach and to the stores. We really did not have to drive our vehicle to do anything. The hosts were wonderful, they checked in on us and made us feel welcome in their place. My husband and I were thankful to be able to stay in their wonderful place fir our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pensacola Beach! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops—and the views were absolutely stunning. What made this condo stand out, though, were the little touches the owners thought of to make guests feel at home.The condo was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials that many rentals overlook—plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee (with filters and pods), dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, and even salt and pepper. There were also a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for us, which made our beach days that much easier.Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and it’s clear the owners really care about their guests’ experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway!

If you're looking for privacy this is not the place,host started off by watching us when we arrived on their ring camera. They called us 2 different times being very ugly and rude causing us anxiety and stress. This was our family vacation. Could not access balcony from master bedroom. Furnished with what felt like old hand me downs. Because we felt so uncomfortable we even cut out vacation short. Ruined our family vacation. Vacation ruined.

Best Quick Beach Trip!!

Had a wonderful spontaneous beach trip to Pensacola. It was our first time and we loved it. Definitely will be back. Condo is absolutely PERFECT!! Can’t beat that bay view in the morning and evenings!!

This was the second time we stayed at this condo and we plan on coming back again. The owners are wonderful to work with. The condo’s location is great and is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

Clean, Spacious, Walkable Condo with Amazing Views

The condo was perfect! My husband, our three adult children, and I were in town for a family wedding. The condo was clean, spacious, had amazing views, and we were able to walk everywhere. Just what we were looking for! We were a little concerned about the sleeping situation because we needed to use the pull-out sleeper sofa, but it was plenty big and very comfortable. Incredible place to stay!

Clean, beautiful and soul charging!

My sister and I would like to thank our hosts for an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to call home for a week. From the property description, to the booking of said property, to the timely communications from the host upon our arrival and during our checkout, everything was seamless. The view is nothing shy of spectacular! The patio is so comfortably inviting that one starts and ends the day with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. Great Location

Property was as advertised and the communication with Greg was exceptional. Awesome location close to the main restaurants and right across from the public beach so you can walk if you want. View off the balcony was top notch and our kids enjoyed watching the boat traffic move in and out of the bay. Would recommend.

Condo was very well kept, clean and nice! Awesome bay & beach view from the back porch! The beach view from the front was so pretty too! Walking distance to most places! The host recommended Andy from hotspot charters! He was great! Defiantly would stay in this exact spot next time we visit!

Large private balcony to enjoy beverages and meals , enjoy sunsets or simply relax and take it all in. Absolutely stunning views throughout the day.
