ALPINE MANSION, 9bd + LOFT BR SLEEPS 26 HUGE 8000 sq ft EXCLUSIVE BEAVER CREEK!

Located IN EXCLUSIVE BEAVER CREEK, HUGE MANSION WITH ALL THE AMENITIES, 5 MIN TO SLOPES! The house of 8000sq ft is located in a quite cul-de-sac, 8 br with sleeping loft, with outdoor hot tub. Bedrooms all have TV's and wifi, large living room with formal bar to enjoy a drink after a long day on the slopes. The spacious dining room seats 16, plus a breakfast nook that seats 8, plus cafe table and family room table seats additional 12.
Three fireplaces to relax and a outdoor fire pit create the perfect post ski relaxtion. The gourmet kitchen boasts a 6 burner stove, double oven and 2 dish washers and one of the largest islands in Beaver Creek. There are two covered bbq grills outside to cook up a yummy dinner. If you dont want to cook, we can provide a list of gourmet restaurants.
To have some fun we have a pool table and games along with a treadmill and small workout room. Nearby you have Beaver Creek Village with its world class amenities, restaurants, bars, salons and galleries plus the Vilar Center that provides year long entertainments with big name bands, comedians and ballet. For weddings and events there will be an additional cleaning charge of $1250 and there is a minimum charge of 5K per night. Please email with any questions.

Unfortunate Misunderstanding

This is a beautiful property that we had secured months in advance that unfortunately had a small construction issue, not at all related to the host or the property. Due to this issue and that we were 7 adults, we asked to be released form our commitment and secured residence somewhere else.This has no reflection on the beauty and quality of the residence. This was a temporary issue that did not allow our group to enjoy this wonderful property.

Annual Ski guy trip

The ski guy group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the lovely large home. The transportation to the ski area is very convenient. The home has plenty of room and is very comfortable. All the communication and logistics were perfect.

Gorgeous Getaway

Great Spot for Large Families

This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). Overall, great place if you have a big group. Not right on the mountain, but not many places on-mountain can accommodate very large groups.

New Year's Eve in Beaver Creek

we had 10 adults and 10 teenage grandchildren with us for New Year's week in Beaver Creek. The house had plenty of space and was really great for a family of twenty. The kids loved the outdoor hot tub and the pool table. Adults loved the fireplace and the bar area for conversation.

Great place.

Nice large property, well located. Older property with a few maintenance issues, but nothing that interfered with our stay. The property worked very well for our large one-family group of 16 or so. Had a great time. Would definitely rent again. ps: We've typically stayed in Beaver Creek village in the past for the convenience, but the BC Shuttle made staying in the house plenty convenient.

Family ski trip

We had over 20 kids and adults. The house was great. The bedrooms were all in separate areas of the house which kept the sleeping areas quiet. The older kids loved the loft. The ski shuttle will pick you up at the end of the driveway and the slopes were only a mile away which made the trip even more enjoyable. We could all come and go at different times. Nine bathrooms is a giant plus with a big group. We hope to return soon. Every aspect was a five star trip. Also, only two miles to the City Market, restaurants, and shops.

Awesome family ski trip

We loved the house and the location. We were sad that the indoor hot tub was not functional during our stay, but we did enjoy the outside one. The house was clean and comfortable. The transportation system was also a wonderful perk.

Wonderful

This home exceeded all my expectations. The bedrooms were large and luxurious. The kitchen had everything that allowed us to cook our own meals for our family gathering. Multiple living rooms enabled us to enjoy playing games and talking without disturbing those young children who were sleeping. Perfect house for large families.

Fabulous house!

So much to love about this house— there are so many areas to gather. Kids can watch a movie in one spot while older kids play games upstairs while adults are playing cards at a different table and others can read quietly in a cozy spot. But we could all gather around the huge dining table (there’s 3!) and be together for meals. Every convenience was left for us they were so accommodating. Every bathroom is I credible and spa like. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Amazing Exclusive Escape for Friends/Family

Could not have asked for a better stay - perfect for our large group of friends for a long ski weekend! Located behind the gates of Beaver Creek - the shuttle will come right to the house and take you anywhere in the area. Extremely convenient for anyone looking to ski and experience all Beaver Creek has to offer. The house was beautifully appointed with room for everyone - and the host ensured all aspects of our stay were perfect. We can't wait to come back and stay again!
