Erickson Mountain Retreat. A Wonderful Wyoming Black Hills Getaway!

Please stay at our little cozy retreat. Nestled beneath the Sundance Mountain located in the foothills of the Black Hills in Northeastern Wyoming. One mile from Sundance, just off interstate 90. Seven acres of beautiful grassland with oak trees, a spring & a pond. Great landscape views & wildlife. We also have a pony, a horse, 4 cats, 2 dogs & chickens for you to visit. Also, bird, squirrel, cotton tail rabbit & deer watching off the private deck. Peace & quiet of the country with great views.

Bedroom 1 (On main level): Queen Bed & a Full Size Bed in a suspended bunk with ladder
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen Bed & Single Bed

Pack n Play, high chair, dishes, utensils & baby gate for stairs-please ask so we can have them available.

We have WIFI

Located near the Bear Lodge Mountains, Keyhole Reservoir & Devils Tower. A short drive to Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood & all the Black Hills destinations. Whether you're planning an epic rock climbing excursion at Devils Tower, embarking on a hunting adventure, or stopping through on your way to Mount Rushmore, this cozy vacation rental has everything you need to make your group feel at home!

You can relax feeling at home. If anything is wrong with your stay, please let us know so we can try to make it right.

Owners live nearby & are available for short notice, but want to avoid interrupting your stay or disturbing your privacy.

-HOUSE RULES: Do not wear your shoes in the rental.
Please take care of our Guest House!
When you check out. All dishes need to be washed. Do NOT remake beds. Leave all dirty towels in the basket by the washing machine. Take all your garbage to the end of our road, put it in the large black dumpster at the cul-de-sac. Thank you for staying with us!!!

Amazing little spot

Beautiful views from the deck. Inside is cozy and has everything you need. The little tags on everything are very helpful. The hosts are awesome and made our stay feel special. We will definitely be looking them up the next time we are passing through. Highly recommend this place!

Tower trip

We didn’t spend much time at the guest house besides for sleeping, it was very clean, fancier than my house for sure! Better than a hotel room for sure. Cats were VERY friendly (but hard to eat on the deck because of them) I think that was the only thing., and I love cats. Like I said it was mostly used for sleeping. I never meet the hosts but the communication was fast over Vrbo . It worked for our needs.

Wyoming Turkey Hunt

Mac and Marsha and their family were great host. Property was beautiful, clean, cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful all around and they even added little details like mints to the rooms. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area and keep the comforts of home.
