This luxury 1 bedroom, 1 bath is located in the former 1920's Chevrolet dealership in the heart of the downtown Mtn. Home historic district. This theme of history, industry, and luxury sets this apart from anything you will find. From exposed stone walls, 100-year-old stained concrete floors, to the custom marble shower, you will immediately feel at home. Furthermore, you are steps away from the brewery, restaurants and parks. Also, a short drive to lakes and rivers.

I have stayed in the old Chevy dealership rentals several times. They are my go-to location for downtown Mountain Home. The spaces are great and well appointed. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Cool space, perfect location.

We came to town to visit family and wanted to stay close to them and close to the square. This place was perfect! The renovation is so cool and so visionary! It’s right in the square close to all the fun stores and restaurants. The space has so many nice little touches that made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. Perfect location and top notch apartment. Everything was as stated and so homey!! The old pictures of the 1920’s dealership was a nice touch. I love that this location has been refurbished!

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was as described in the listing, the photos do not do it justice. Very clean, we loved the bed! The location of this apartment was perfect. We enjoyed in the evening walking the square. Enjoyed looking at the photos of when the apartment was the Chevy dealership, love that you kept so much of the original architecture. We've been coming to Mountain Home for several years we live seeing the revitalization of the square. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in Mountain Home!

The entry process was very simple and the apartment itself was fabulous. Very clean and roomy. We loved the historic background of the building and how the original walls were incorporated into the current design. The coffee shop across the street was delicious and friendly. The brewery/restraunt down the street was great, too. When we come back to Arkansas to visit family, we'll be coming back to this property. Loved it!

visiting daughter in Mountain Home

This is our second stay here. The unit is very clean and the decor is very interesting. The only disappointment was the excellent coffee shop across the street was closed for the week. But the whiskey bar called Stories around the corner more than made up for that. Coolest bar ever. You need to know the password to enter. It's behind and above the barbershop.If you're visiting Mountain Home and don't want a cottage by the lake this is far better than a local hotel for about the same price.

Gorgeous apartment in great location

We loved our stay here. The apartment is huge! We enjoyed the decorations that gave some of the history of the building. Also, the Christmas tree was a lovely touch that made it feel cozy, like home. Walt and Amy went out of their way to make us comfortable, we will stay here again.

Great place to stay

Amy was accommodating and immediately available when we needed the door code. The design of the place was so cool, and it went straight with its history of being a Chevy dealership. Very roomy and clean. We would definitely stay there if we were in the area again!

Lovely Mountain Home Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the converted 20s Chevy dealership. What a beaitiful and unique property. Location was great, and we enjoyed exploring the square, delicious coffee shop right across the street, ice cream next door, and shops just a few steps away. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the hosts were easy to communicate with by text. Mountain Home is lovely, and we will return to this rental! Thank you!

1920’ s Chevrolet

I was totally blown away at how amazing this beautifully restored unit was! It was perfectly located for my needs for this stay, extremely clean, and had everything I could possibly have needed, plus I was greeted with a fun gift card for the coffee shop located directly across the street. The hosts were prompt and friendly with there communications. It made my stay so comfortable! I would recommend this for anyone.
